First, the unit is very well packaged so the TV makes the trip home undamaged. Unpacking the unit is very well explained. After selecting a suitable wall-mount (also from Best Buy) the best was yet to come; the picture quality is, simply put, AMAZING and the setup procedure is straightforward nad easy to follow. I could not be happier with this Samsung TV; once again, it represents a high-end quality TV at an amazing price.

I actually got rid of my fire stick. Picture good. Sound decent. For a 75” it’s pretty light. Mounted above my fireplace easily. Under $600 for a great quality 75” led…no brainer.

Need more HDMI ports

This massive television does not have enough HDMI ports. My other complaint is the sound quality is low which is requiring me to plug in the soundbar but I need another HDMI port to do so.

It fits so well in my living room and has the picture quality one needs to enjoy themselves. This is not going to be quality that your guests awe over, but they will enjoy the size and color.

We knew very little about new TV products so arriving at the store we asked for help selecting a TV. The front desk sent a manager to help us and we made our selection and setup delivery and installation. We are very happy with our experience at Best Buy.
