Don’t be fooled by the price.

We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU7200 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi not connecting to your TV.
If you’re experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi connection, we suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
4. Try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Total Tech Member for years

As a member it kept trying to charge me to install so I did a live chat. I was told Total tech no longer exists, news to me, my account was surely debited when it came up for renewal less than 2 months ago. In 2024 I had over $20,000 worth of equipment installed. Your customer satisfaction is obviously not on your high priority list. So, you want me to get your great deal on a Samsung TV for $550 and spend half that to install it. This is the furtherest thing from a deal I’ve ever seen.

Terrible TV

The Samsung Tizen OS is incredibly slow, the apps crash once an hour, and it refuses to stay connected to the internet. It also thinks I'm pressing buttons on the remote while the remote is sitting on the table. I've had it for less than a week and it has been more of a headache than anything else. I'm shocked Samsung made such a horrible product.
