    It doesn't connect well with an antenna. Hard to get local channels.

      Hi MaccarenW,

      Thank you for reaching out to us. If you’re not receiving all channels, first ensure that your coaxial cable is securely connected to the TV.

      Then, run Auto Program: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Program. Select Start to begin auto-programming, and then select either Air, Cable, or Both.

      - Select Air if you're using an antenna only.
      - Select Cable if you're using a cable box only.
      - Select Both if you're using an antenna and a cable box. You will get the most channels this way.

    Cracked Screen

    TV was delivered by Best Buy. Screen was cracked. Reached out to Best Buy and was told it was after the 3 days. I purchased the tv stand seven days after the tv arrived as it was difficult to find a big tv stand. Best Buy started it was too late. Brand new tv with a cracked screen. Will NEVER shop at Best Buy again.

    This tv was purchased under the impression that it had all the bells and whistles but it has numerous flaws. There is no voice recognition on the remote and if you add the remote app, smart tv, and use that voice thing, when you call out what you choose to look for, it gets the title info wrong every time! It is not comparable with alexa or google and I believe I’ll have to pay another $100 to get that in another tv to have that option! I’ve never had a Samsung tv with no voice recognition and I’ve owned four! They say use bixby but then i was told by a Samsung rep that it only worked with a Samsung soundbar so thats at least ANOTHER $150!! These tvs cost too much money to still have you to require additionsl requipment in order for it to work appropriately! Ive always loved Samsung…until today! I’m going to go with another model that has Alexa and google and voice recognition on the actual remote but i had to downgrade to a smaller model to afford it because the 75” in that particular model was not on sale. It seems just about every other model in other inches tv except the one i need is on sale! Oh, when i initially found this tv, i found a comp price that included a two year warranty but Best Buy would not honor it. So thry only face me a $2 credit!

      We're sorry for any confusion regarding the voice assistant capabilities on the DU6900 TV. For built-in voice assistants, you will need to upgrade to the DU8000 TV. If you have an external Alexa device, you can connect it to your TV, but it will not have a voice remote.
