Honestly no complaints about this TV especially for the price. Quality so far has been great and no tech issues. There are a few things in the UI that are unintuitive but that'll probably be with all Samsung TVs since they likely share the same UI. My only complaint is the lack of ports. Only 2 HDMI ports and no optical port. Sound quality isn't great but I got a sound bar.

Loved everything about this television. The remote is sleek and easy to use. The tv was easy to assemble and light weight as well. The picture is “Crystal” Clear.

Bought this for my hubs. It's huge, and the picture is amazing. Easy to set up to everything. Definitely good choice. You can't go wrong with this one.

It was delivered right to my living room. The gentleman that delivered the tv was very professional and nice. He explained that I had 15 days to return the tv if I wanted and was informative. Easy set up, great pic quality, and sounds great! I was super lucky to have went into the store for a return and see the deal for this tv!! Not a whole lot to say. Its a Samsung. Its huge. Its solid. Its reliable; and It was easy to set up. The picture looks beautiful when watching 4k movies on Netflix. Delivery was fast & efficient by the Geek Squad. For the price ($599), its definitely worth it!

I picked up the TV from my local Best Buy and managed to get it set up with a friend. Definitely at least a 2 person job to do it right. I was skeptical at first because the price seemed a bit low. But I’m very happy with the quality and performance. I was able to get it to fit in a 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid.

The most crisp and beautiful picture, so sleek all you see is the screen, beautiful!!!!

Love love love this TV! Perfect size picture is great for the price I paid. Easy to connect and sray connected to all apps. Would reccomend to a friend!

The Geek Squad agents that came were excellent. They were very worried about how the TV was shoddily packed. Thanks to Kendall he took photos when they picked it up and again when they unwrapped it from the bubble that only protected some of the TV. The TV screen was cracked so the didn’t install it. That were so professional and told us that it would be replaced. We will have to reschedule, but are look forward to getting Kendall and Roberto to install a new TV.

I am generally happy with this tv, the images are clear and crisp and the color saturation is amazing! The only downside are the speakers/sound on the tv. Even with changing the settings, the sound is very tinny/canned. Fortunately, I already have a great soundbar setup, and connect to that via Bluetooth, with no issues, making this a perfect setup!

This TV is amazing! I purchased this TV in December of 2024 and received an additional TV along with it (32”). This TV works as expected. I did have a little hiccup with it not turning on which was February 2025, so I contacted Samsung directly, and they came out and fixed my TV no questions asked. My TV has been working perfectly since.

Really good tv have the best image and sound of quality

Its brightness is outstanding, making the screen visible and engaging even in dimly lit rooms. However, the sound quality is lacking in depth and richness. To enhance the overall experience, a separate sound system is recommended to complement the TV’s visual prowess and provide an immersive audio experience.

I bought the tv online and it was effortless. It was delivered very quickly and absolutely no hassle. I am very pleased with my experience. (The sound on this tv is not good at all. Thank goodness I had a soundbar or I would have had to get one. Also remote control is tiny and useless. I use my old one to control it. Other than that the tv is great.)

So…let me start by saying everything about this tv and the buying experience was excellent…BUT…i did have a big scare. I installed the tv feet on the widest two openings at the bottom of the tv. (There are 2 wide, and 2 narrow areas to place the feet into. With help i placed the tv on our tv stand. About 3 hours I noticed the tv looked crooked. I went to the back of the tv, and noticed my tv was pulling apart where the feet were installed. Luckily the tv did not fall…and it all snapped back together without breaking. I reinstalled the feet on the inner most openings and it fit in perfect, and holding up well. Im not sure if its a manufacturing error or my error, but im not trying that again. Im disappointed because, when the feet were placed wider, i was able to nest my sound bar under the screen without interference.

The pictures and sound are amazing, I can’t resist to watch it every time I’m free. “FUNTASTIC feeling”
