Television remote has the mute button on the volume which causes a problem. Also, the tv's volume is not satisfactory.

Thank you for sharing your opinion on the DU7200 TV remote. We understand there can be a learning curve when you get a new TV! This is why we have built a guide built into the TV that teaches you how to use your remote.
You can learn how to use your Samsung Remote by going to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.
Regarding low volume, there are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

i used my 400 dollar coupon on it drove 85 miles to get it , only to find out it was poor condition had 1 foot of residue on screen that would not come off the screen and no legs, and wires exposed around the frame . was told by customer service i could return it to a closer store with no problem. WRONG i did take it back to another store I Lost my coupon of $400 and I do not have a TV

This has not been my favorite TV, part of the screen went out after only 8 months. It was still under warranty so someone came out to fix it and the screen is so dark on most shows that it’s difficult to watch especially if there are a lot of indoor or darker scenes. A lot of shows are like watching shadows. Still waiting on a 2nd resolution to the problem.

This is the worst TV I have ever purchased. Not only is the glare absolutely ridiculous, it’s not bright at all. I only had the TV for 4 months and the backlight went out. I’m a Samsung fan, but will never buy the Crystal again. QLED is the only way to go for Samsung TVs.

If I could give this TV zero stars, I would. It needed extensive repair a few months after I purchased it after the screen had a dark, shadowy section appear, and less than a year later, the same issue happened again. I will never buy a UHD TV again.
