It was nowhere near the brightness and vividness of the SUHD tv. Even in vivid mode it just fell short. I've only had Samsung TVs ever since flat screen TVs came out. I exchanged it for a Sony 75" x900e and that tv was better than the mu8000 in almost every way. The only thing that fell short on the Sony was it only had 2 hdmi ports that are full bandwidth. First time I was disappointed with a Samsung tv. I Can't wait to see what Samsung comes out with this year.
