TV FAIL- DO NOT BUY
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been a long time samsung customer, 20+ years. This is the first time I'm having any issues with their TV's. After about owning the TV since Dec 2018, a horizontal black line appeared out of no where. After troubleshooting and reading online forums, this is clearly a product defect that is wide spread. Until better product guarantees are offered or the underlying issue is addressed, I would not buy any TV's from Samsung that have been manufactured in or after 2018. For your benefit, please do not buy any more samsung products

Backlight bleeding on dark screens
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn't able to see this due to the stores being bright enough to hide this. Once I got the TV home and was watching it in a dark room the backlight bleeding through every where is extremely distracting and I wish I had spent my money on a different TV. After reading reviews regarding the back light it sounds like a common issue. I wish I would have found the bad reviews prior to purchasing this TV. I only loaded a picture of one corner but this is happening across the entire TV.

Centerpiece Type of TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did my research before I purchased this tv. I read reviews for this series of Samsung, Sony’s and LGs. I knew I wanted the QLED series but didn’t want to pay the pretty penny tag that came with it. I had to wait a week or 2 before I purchased this TV at a Best Buy Outlet in Dallas (based on availability) so I was skeptical until they pulled it out the box and plugged it in. If you are not familiar with the process, you have to purchase the tv first before knowing what’s all included in the box. Although a little nerve racking, everything was inside and functioned properly. There was a small scratch near the logo at the bottom of the tv but worth the discount I got it for. Regarding the TVs quality, it’s perfect for watching games or movies. It’s loud enough to not have to use a sound bar and big enough to watch it from my kitchen (15 yards away). The picture shows clear but I have noticed a glare from the ceiling fan when the lights are on (cut the lights off for a simple fix). I love Samsung over Sony even though most tv heads recommended Sony. This was the best TV for my home, my budget and most of all me.

Best For the Money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Between the two models of non-QLED Samsung 75” TVs I didn’t see too too much of a difference and there was about a $500 difference between them. But... between the non-QLED and Q6 QLED tv there was a massive massive difference in color, brightness, picture quality etc. and then between the Q6 - Q9 very minor differences for thousands more. This tv is phenomenal in all aspects. Smart features, apps, picture this is the best bang for the buck compared to all brands with the 120hz refresh rate HDR QLED people are in awe when they see the tv on in the living room. It looks great in the store but in your living room it look amazing!! To top it off it’s extremely easy to mount. Heads up you need 4 45mm M8 bolts to mount it and Home Depot carries them for 2 bucks per pack of 2!!

Amazing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start by telling you why I purchased this tv. I originally purchased the Sony X850F 75” after being convinced by the sales associate. Well, it’s clear that they were being told to try and get rid of the Sony. After I got it home, I noticed some cloudy grey areas in the corners of the tv. The next day, I had to reconnect the WiFi, and had to do the same every day after. Streaming would cut out in the middle of shows as well. Checked my speeds on other devices and they all worked fine with my house having over 100mbps. They tv also leans back when sitting on a level tv stand. After dealing with these issues I finally read some reviews and sure enough, many others had the same issues. Returned it and got the Samsung Q6F. Huge difference. The picture is so crisp. The remote is Bluetooth so doesn’t even need to be pointed at anything. The remote also operates my Bose sound system as well as my cable box. Stay away from Sony and buy this tv

Excellent Quality, Great Picture, Good Tools
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My 75" Q6F 4K UHD TV did blow me away with it superb qlarity, almost too-much color, and of course excellent resolution. This TV at current prices is likely a Best of the Best Buys. Everything you want is in this TV. It's easy to use with the simple, smart remote. This TV is ready for UHD 4K now being available at an increasing rate. All the top features are Five Stars! The only thing I am still getting used to is the huge difference from regular LED TV's whether 4K or just HD. The Q6F series produces much richer colors than I was used too so I had to play around with settings to tone it down a bit to not overwhelm me with the feeling of too much color. In 4K video like on Planet Earth II, the resolution really shines. I could see more slight variations in color hue than I have ever seen before on any TV. I recommend this TV for those with 4K content to make use of its great 4K capability. It's cost is at a good point so you can buy it now and use it for the common HD content and be ready for more 4K UHD in the future. Go Buy and Enjoy!

Love this TV!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife got me this 75in 4K TV for Xmas & I love it! Great picture! Easy set up! Beautiful sleek design, perfect for our great room! I was surprised how good the speakers/audio are. Actually have good volume & bass. Even my son commented on how well the speakers sound. Our guests continue to be in "aww" of the clarity & picture quality giving us compliments. Love all the features on it. It's perfect for watching sports, movies & pretty much anything. I can't wait to host superbowl!

Out-Of-The-Box Perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I unboxed the TV, attached the legs (so easy), set it on the stand and turned it on. It found my network and within 2 or 3 minutes max I was watching a perfect 4k picture. I've owned other 4k sets that required some tweaking after initial setup. Not this one. Maybe a hardcore videophile would find something to adjust. Not me. The Bixby voice app seems more gimmicky than expected, but perhaps I'm too early in the learning curve to appreciate it. Either way, it doesn't diminish my happiness with this TV.

Outstanding TV-75" Samsung QLED
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV was very easy to set up out of the box. Synced flawlessly with all our services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, ect. Love the remote which is voice activated and very easy to use with cable TV or streaming services. Picture has excellent quality, especially with the higher resolution Netflix which is an extra $3 per month , but we feel is worth it. So far no issues with this TV and have had it about 2 months now.

One of the best
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was contemplating between 8 series vs Q6FN and ended up buying Q6FN. Picture quality is perfect and I can't be more happier with my purchase. Sound quality is also better than older versions, though I would love to buy good pair of speakers in the future. 10 on 10 for QLED series.

Great TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV has a very colorful crisp picture. It was easy to set-up and very easy to operate. I like the voice command remote. Big step-up from the old LED it replaced. I used a receiver and surround for the sound but the TV speakers on optimized mode is ok. No regrets on this purchase. If your on the fence, get it, especially if it’s on sale, you won’t be disappointed.

Great Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided to get the 75" Q6 with the $1k price drop during black Friday season. I read about the differences between the Q6, Q7, Q8 and Q9. Went into the store and watched a 4k bluray on the 75" Q6 and it looked great. I had a 2nd generation non-HDR 4K Samsung TV and really wanted HDR for my HDR capable movies. I decided on the Q6 due to the price difference and while you can easily tell the Q8 is a better TV, it was $1500 more for the 75" over the Q6 which IMO was not worth the difference in quality. Did not notice a whole lot of difference compared to the Q7. Got it home and after adjusting the settings to my liking and the room lighting the picture is absolutely amazing! The colors really pop, even streaming football from my Roku Ultra that is not even streamed in 4k or 1080P(hint, make sure you turn on HDR+ mode for non-HDR sources). Really impressed with this TV even though it is the entry level QLED.

Awesome product!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a lot of research to decide between a Sony and a Samsung. Since Panasonic stopped making plasma tv's, I've purchased Sony sets and was always very satisfied. But after much research and speaking to a sales associate, I chose the Samsung QLED and I'm glad I did. With a few tweaks in the "Natural" picture setting, I had a great picture right out of the box. And I'm very fussy about having a natural, life-like picture. I highly recommend the Q6F and must say that I don't understand the negative reviews found online. The colors are robust and the picture is sharp with no motion blur. I use a soundbar so I can't comment on the audio but other reviews will help you. To summarize, you won't be disappointed with the Samsung Q6F.

Amazing Picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV for an entry level into QLED TV's from Samsung. The TV quality is great for both watching movies in HD/HDR 4K and playing games. One of the best features of this TV is the way it syncs and controls all of your devices from a single remote. Hooked up a cable box, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Wii U and I can control everything from the Samsung remote. Another great idea is the ability to run the power cord and other cables on the back panel of the TV. The drawbacks to this TV are not many but the one I had the most issues with was the constant advertisements on the home screen, even though you can opt out of some of these by choosing the right options.

Awesome TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I looked at 75" TVs for several months, comparing and contrasting many makes and models. I purchased the Samsung Q6F because it offered greater features and quality above the base models, without having the big price tag of the top models. I could not be happier with my purchase. The picture looks awesome whether in daylight or at night. The contrast and brightness are both amazing - not to mention the 4k!!! The other thing I love about this that was not mentioned anywhere is the speed and responsiveness of the TV - it turns on almost instantly and then you have immediate access to any streaming channels. I have been used to waiting for Netflix or Prime to load, but with this they are instantly available. The remote is an incredible design - it is simple, but yet provides all the functionality that you need. I was also incredibly happy with Best Buys install guys - they were professional and took as much time as I needed to answer all my questions.

Picture is great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Probably just my eyes, but the q7f and q8f pictures didn't seem that different from the q6f. rtings.com confirmed my subjective analysis with quantitative test results. Main goal was to get a 4k uhd with minimal to no blurring and great color. This one works for me.

So far so good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased this TV only because we wanted to get rid of cable and live stream, so we needed a smart TV. We had a 55” and wanted to upgrade. We first were going to purchase a 4K Q8 65”, but decided on getting a 4K Q6 75” instead for the same amount of $. The picture on the Q6 is the same quality as the Q8. One thing that I would recommend is painting the wall behind the TV a much darker color so you can appreciate the TV more. It makes you focus on the TV and not everything around it if you have a light colored background. So far we’ve had no lagging issues or ghosts/shadows like we did with our old TV. The picture quality is amazing whether we’re watching live TV or streaming programs. We also purchased a Samsung HD Blu-ray player so we could control everything from one remote. The picture is awesome!

Best all around samsung
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was looking at the LED samsung models when I was looking for a new tv and the sales associate said the QLED model was on sale for $200 more and so I spent the extra money to get the TV I really wanted. TV is clear at night and during the day. The colors are rich and blacks are really dark. Made the rest of my tvs in my house look bad. The Tv is not really heavy for being a 75" and I like that cause I always worry about the tv falling off the wall. Was going to buy a home theater system case the flat screens never really have good sound, but I was surprised on how loud and decent the sound from the tv was.

Nice TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picked up this TV when it went on sale for $1899. It has really vibrant colors and pretty deep blacks for an edge lit LED. HDR content looks great (I suggest setting contrast enhancement to HIGH for HDR content to make things brighter). I did have an issue with the fist TV I received but Best Buy did swap it out promptly. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
