TV looks nice. Good quality picture but not as good as the display video at the store

Long story short. Picture is great. TV broke within a year as well as 4 or 5 times after that year. Getting a different one with geek squad replacement warranty cuz it was repaired 3 times for the same issue. After the one year manufacturers warranty. (Read the terms). Aside from that, the picture was smooth and gaming was great on my xbox one. Wifi connection for some reason seems to struggle with speed and buffering at times with vudu. Bandwidth is complex so could have been the internet but I had 2 different providers. Overall the streaming was reliable with minimal issues. Picture was great sound was fine and streaming worked. But could be faster and smoother with the functionality. This particular model was a dud in my book due to my experience.

Enjoy the TV once I upgraded my other hardware like DirectTv receiver and PS4 Pro. 4K content looks amazing and once hardware changes were made other content looks good most times. Occasional soap opera effect on older content.

Samsung makes fantastic televisions was a comparing between a oled and this TV and decided to get this one because I didn't want to deal with screen burnouts best t decision I ever made no regrets.

Bought this TV open box for 800$ and love it. best money ive ever spent. The tv doesnt have the annoying off gray bars that lg would have due to its excellent backlight control

Having read the CNET reviews, I took the "taste test" by going in to Best Buy and viewing the walls of tv's. This set stood out immediately proving CNET to be right. Saved hundreds and got what I wanted--75". No regrets at going bigger! Geek Squad set up and haul away was definitely the way to go.

Initially received a faulty TV, where the upper-right quadrant was not displaying properly. Best Buy immediately shipped out a replacement, which has operated flawlessly. Very happy with the purchase, and the service.

You could spend anoth grand or so and get the q9fn... but i would say it's a waste. Bought a 75 inch q8fn and wow is it perfect. If a person see's an issue in this tv they are at a level none of us will touch.

The screen is bright and beautiful. I did lots of research before purchasing the TV and couldn't be happier. There is a vibrancy to the screen that I couldn't find in other TV's. The QLED is truly amazing.

This is one of the most expensive TVs I have every purchased, but I would do it again. After lots of research I decided to go with the Q8 and I have not been disappointed yet. No cons, all pros!!

This Samsung TV is fantastic and I particularly like the way the display/screen was designed. I can see everything clearly even in a bright living room and am enjoying it very much.

Love Samsung TV's, this is like my 4th or 5th one. Love the size and ease of use but I cannot lie, a little disappointed in the picture. Perhaps I need a new cable box (friend said that helped his new TV) or HDMI cables or change the settings, but all I know is the picture is less than expected.

Very good picture clarity. Lots of features. Hard to figure out how to use them. This is my first smart TV. Josh at the location in Estero was great to work with.
