    We did not have as bright and clear a picture as we hoped. We have other Samsung TV's and are a little disappointed with this one

    Be very careful buying “open box” items from Best Buy. The TV itself is awesome. I just wish I bough it brand new instead of the few dollars I saved on an open box. First of all the TV came without a power cord, stand or remote. The stand I didn’t care because I was going to mount it only to find out it was missing the special spacers needed that I had to order from Samsung. I was going to order a remote only to find out it cost over $100. So once I finally got the TV mounted and powered on, I discovered the screen was damaged in several spots which is very noticeable during dark scenes. I was told when I bought it that there was not any damage to the screen. Since it was past the return date when I discovered it I couldn’t return it. Now I’m stuck with that ugly scuffed up screen. Never again Best Buy!!
