I'd buy it again. professional and helpful in completing the installation of my Samsung 75 Class LED Q9 TV and made sure everything was working before he left. Even though it wasn’t in the letter of the contract, when he noticed that my CD player had no sound, he knew the cause immediately, and 90 seconds of his time probably saved me hours of frustration, as the issue was a little obscure.

Great picture. Easy set up. Really like how you connect external devices to this tv.Would recommend to friends and family.

This is one great TV. It’s bright, sharp, big, and beautiful. It is everything u dreamed it would be.

Investigated both OLED and QLED. The there were a few pros and cons of one over the other for both, but in the end, the picture quality was essentially equal, and we got a lot more TV for the price.

This was an upgrade to our aging 55" Samsung and I couldn't be more pleased. The picture is crystal clear and the colors couldn't be move vivid. I'm receiving my signal from Xfinity, so right now I still have the X1 Remote controlling everything. That will change very soon as I plan on connecting everything to the One Connect box. It was pricey, but the enjoyment were experiencing is well worth it.

The picture quality is excellent. The only issue we have is when there is an update to our sound bar or Direct TV. We had to go in and reset the sound bar multiple times as sound cut out during commercials and clips within the regular view such as a video from within a news broadcast. We also had to reset the picture in Direct TV as it indicated our TV didn’t support 4K viewing

I bought the store display in Jan 2019 and it's still rocks in Dec 2020. Bright, good picture and my Xbox Series X/S looks awesome on this thing. I just wished it supported HDMI 2.1 and Doby Vision. There are better options now in 2020.

In the last two years we have had 3 65 inch lg oleds. All three has had burn in lines . We’ve had this tv for two weeks but love the looks and ease of use. Hopefully this one won’t have the problems of the lg oleds!

We feel like we are living in the future with the awesome colors and video detail. This Q9 is everything it's claimed to be. The single-wire from TV to the separate connection box is wonderful since we don't have to move the monitor every time we need to change device hookups

This tv has the clearest, most defined picture I have ever seen. Easy to setup and get going. Picture is truly amazing and have now started watching every movie I can think of. Have tv in a very light room and it handles it well without flares. Truly love this tv

I'll start by saying this tv had a phenomenal picture best I had ever experienced. Problem is a good picture doesn't matter if tv won't turn on. I purchased this on December 6th 2018 and returned it January 5th 2019. Woke up that morning turned it on and after about two minutes tv turned off by itself and then back on seconds later and continued to do this for about 15 to 20 minutes until finally it turned off and wouldn't come back on.. 5000 dollars get it together Samsung!
