    Beautiful accent to the room. My wife and I added to our shirt-term rental for an upscale impression. It actually does look like an oil painting. There is very low light reflection. The matte surface is well done.

    Finally, an opportunity to explain the 'macro' business decision that led to an almost total lack of ability to communicate with individual BB stores regarding orders that are placed online to be picked up. The people at the store are totally 'handcuffed' and cannot help online buyers at all. I spent 2 Sundays driving over 5 hours each time to pick up 'purchased' and paid for tvs that either were not there when I got there or were damaged and unsellable after being called 'excellent' open box. A simple phone call prior to these extended trips would have at least staved off a total disaster that could have easily been taken care of with a 5 minute phone call. Never witnessed management who actually believed that eliminating communications would improve business? Crazy.

    It just didn’t do for me and I am a samsung loyalist. The picture doesn’t seem great. It seems so hard to keep the tv out of art mode. I got the nxtframe from TCL. The picture is way way better with free artwork that doesn’t take over
