Frame Pro 75" TV....so far (have had it only a few weeks) seems to be a very good tv. The anti-glare feature is critical for us as we have a lot of sunlight that comes in the room from different angles throughout the day. It works very well!
Am concerned of the remote wireless streaming box that is detached from the tv to allow the flat install for a picture type view. We'll see if this is reliable in time. I have to have it as we have the Arc Ultra Soundbar.

This is my third Frame TV and I really love how it changes the room to an art studio. Now this TV isn't a Sony 95 series however it is excellent for its purpose.

The TV is perfect for what it was designed for. The new wireless box works fine even hidden in a cabinet (directly beneath the TV). The limitation of no optic audio means you cannot use a soundbar and Bluetooth headset at the same time. You can use the headset and the TV speakers simultaneously but the sound quality is no where as good as using a soundbar

I like it. It looks great on the wall if you’re able to get a professional electrician to install it. Otherwise it loses its purpose of being a frame. Resolution is ok. It’s not like the OLEDs but if you’re looking at this TV it should be because you want it to compliment your area as a fancy frame against the wall

Samsung's Frame TV Connect One "wireless" box is questionable at best. Brand new expensive Frame tv having issues connecting is not how you want to start with a new TV. My Connect one box is less than five feet from the tv itself. We could not put the wired box in again behind the tv like we did for our previous Samsung Frame tv so we opted for the wireless option with the pro for a new home/new location. The Connect one box failed to connect out of the gate. Samsung sent a replacement Connect one box and as it does connect, it constantly has weak connection, is laggy/freezing or simply put, it loses connection altogether. Very disappointed with this purchase and this is our third Samsung Frame TV. Clearly the pro series is not worth the money or hassle of daily reconnection that is occurring for me currently.

0 stars for the installation team. They schedule for a date and then don’t show up. And the other they do but not in the arrival window.

I purchased a Samsung Frame Pro TV from Best Buy, but the wireless One Connect box had connectivity issues. I went to the Best Buy Downingtown location, where an exchange was offered.
The original TV was wall-mounted, and I made it very clear to the sales associate—multiple times—that the TV was mounted. I was explicitly told that the delivery team would unmount the old TV (but would not mount the new one). Based on this assurance, I chose delivery and pickup instead of an in-store exchange and adjusted my personal schedule to be available at home on the delivery day.
On the scheduled delivery day, the delivery team refused to unmount the TV, stating that unmounting is a separate paid service and that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. This directly contradicted what I had been told in-store and resulted in a completely wasted day.
To make matters worse, a customer care representative from Best Buy contacted me and was extremely cold and unapologetic about the situation, showing no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by the incorrect information I was given. I went back to the Best Buy Downingtown store the same day, but they were unable to help, stating that the order was locked in their system.
The following day, I received an email instructing me to reschedule the appointment by phone. When I called, I was routed to an AI system that was unable to reschedule the appointment or connect me to a live agent.
This experience was frustrating not because of the original product issue, but because of repeated misinformation, lack of accountability, and poor customer support. Clear communication and ownership of the problem would have made a significant difference.
