    Im happy about my purchase. Great picture on the low budget. Im ok with that. Sound quality not good you needed a sound bar.Like i mentioned with my budget it works for me.

    Beautiful picture and sound. We are very happy with our Samsung TV. Also happy with the delivery and set up by the Geek squad who also took our old TV out for us

    I am pleased with this tv. Easy to put together and works well in my home theater. I have to purchase a new av receiver so I can take advantage of HDR.

    Bought during Black Friday week, so far no issues or complaints. My first 4k smart tv and love most things about it. Love the apps so i can watch tons of shows and movies. I have Spectrum and use that app to watch live shows while using dvr in my other room. I wish the remote was more functional (keypad). I also use the internet app to watch other shows not available other ways. Still much to learn about this tv; like a new car, you figure out things as you go/need.

    Picture perfect! It’s huge and so clear, we need a sound system Bc it doesn’t sound that great no idea why but a sound system will definitely make this amazing

    The television is great. the sound and come through nicely. My only problem is the control boxes... too many for all of the functions. It would be nice to have a simple box to work all controls easily so that all functions are at hand .. thank you

    I really like the new style remote. The menus take a bit to master. I just bought a 60" for the bedroom. Next paycheck I'll be getting a 50" for my office.

    The tv is great, remote control is great, my only problem is that it doesn’t like our Nintendo switch, every time we try to play it on the tv the screen goes black and we have to exist the game and go back in again. Other than that the tv is great!

      Thank you for choosing Samsung's Q60A TV and for sharing your experience when connecting your Nintendo Switch. Please try the following steps to connect your console:

      1) Please make sure your TV and console are both running the latest firmware versions.
      2) Connect an HDMI cable to your video game system’s HDMI out port.
      3) Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to any of the empty HDMI ports on your Samsung TV.
      Note: Make sure to remember what number the port is so you can change your TV’s source to it in a moment.
      4) Turn on Input Signal Plus. Press Home and navigate to Settings> General > External Device Manager > Input Signal Plus and turn it on for HDMI 4.

    tv works fine. was an open box online with remote, paperwork and box ready for pickup in 3 hrs. tv was brought to register for checkout. no box, paperwork or remote. salesperson said no paperwork or remote was included. thinking I still got a good deal he adjusted the price for the tv and a universal remote. the remote was terrible. had to purchase a factory remote to get the tv to work properly. they should have ordered a factory remote or given me a remote from a floor model. other than having to purchase a factory remote im happy with the tv. remote

    The TV is great. Clear picture however the arc HDMI proc will not work with all HDMI cords. Only flaw I see so far. Overall, happy with the TV

    Nice TV, good picture. UHD is not too good, but I guess that's Samsung's Achilles heal. I only hope that we get more and more 4K media to view. Sitting the advised 13' from the TV is fine, but going close you can see the modeling in people.

To optimize your picture quality, please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you are seeing is not to your liking after performing any necessary updates, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.

    Nice set with great picture. The price is $100 less than when I bought it. Been trying to see if Best Buy will refund the difference. So far nothing.
