The movers broke my 75” and Clara and Jackie acted quickly to offer me a solid deal on a new one, in addition to going above and beyond by obtaining and installing the item that very same day! I am extremely satisfied by how professional and thoughtful Clara and Jackie was! Big ups!

When I went to another Best Buy , a very knowledgable associate indicated if i watch a lot of sports ( which I do) , a 75 inch tv with 60 HZ could be an issue with refresh rate , so I upgraded to a 120 HZ. Also , the mount they recommended and I bought was for only up to a 60 inch tv , so i had to return it for another.
