Questinalbe streaming ability

Thank you for choosing the Q60A QLED TV and taking the time to share your experience with the SiriusXM app. If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.
Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance and address your issue with remote response time with the self-diagnostic tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

Beyond incorrect description

Maybe you guys want to reasess your open box listings......with a lil more competency.

Not made to last

Hung on wall... never had any damage occur.. Just had to purchase new tv as the picture has begun to turn black intermittently for hours at a time.... VERY DISAPPOINTING

The voice command didn't work for Bixby, Alexa, or Assistant. It was a deal breaker for me personally, since I didn't want to hook up a separate HTPC or streaming box. The viewing angles are nice, but the colors are a bit washed out overall having that this is the lowest grade QLED that Samsung offers. If you're looking at the lower end of the spectrum, consider Hisense or TCL as they'll have better products in the same price range.

Thank you for choosing Samsung's Q60A TV and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the picture quality. To further optimize your picture quality, please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If voice recognition does not work with your remote and there is no response even if the Voice Assistant button is pressed, the connection between the remote control and the TV may be lost. Try pairing the remote control with the TV:
1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds.
2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.
If voice commands are still not working properly or the response is slow, please check the remaining battery of the Smart Remote by going to Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.
