We diagnosed them with different cables, etc for over an hour. Yep, bad ports. Picture keeps cutting out and have to return the TV. The size of the TV makes it annoying to return and replace.

Thank you for choosing Samsung's Q60A TV and for your review. We appreciate your thoughts on sound quality, as well as the Solar Cell Remote. To assist you in learning the various functions and settings of your new Solar Cell remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “TVs”. From there, you can select the Q60A under "QLED 4K TVs” > "A Model Lineup". Additionally, you can find other guides and manuals to further assist you with your TV’s features.
There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences.
Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings
