Terrible picture on action scenes

It simply cannot keep up with anything moving beyond a snails pace. Picture becomes grainy, blurry and pixelated during any fast moving scenes. To be a midlevel tv i expected much more than it delivers. Grest picture if the show is watching flowers grow or paint drying. Anything much faster than that takes you back to the 80s quality. A big miss by samsung on this. Don’t know where to go next as this was replacing an oled that the screeen was replaced after 2 years and is sterting to go bad again 2 years later. Its like they found a box of old 90s proceesors in a warehouse and was like “oh lets put them in this tv” save yourself the time and money and find a tv other than this one.

For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Pretty good 4K TV

Need to remember to keep the remote solar-cell-side up when not using it. Charging via USB works if you forget. Doesn't work well with the HDMI-splitter that I have though.

The remote will take some getting used to and I’m understanding it better each day as time passes. The sale price that I paid made it a very good buy.

It is so simplistic that it doesnt have source or other controls that it should. A few button are assinged to Netflix, Disney, and Prime. I dont use them and can't change them. I have to go through a lot to get to things like PC and gaming that should be quick. The apps are a nightmare. Youtube app has me go through a bunch of selections and scrolling only to scroll through the same things to get to my library that I paid a lot of money for.

Disappointed!!

We loved it when we brought it home but today, just one year and three weeks from purchase it stopped working. After more than an hour chatting with Samsung it was determined that it will require service at OUR EXPENSE!! We have only owned Samsung tv’s for the past twenty years and currently own three. But will be choosing another brand for replacement.

Also, I’m not able to connect the tv to the smart things app. The picture quality is ok. I do like the size and thinness.
