I have no idea how this set gets 4 and 5 stars when the speakers are absolute garbage. Having to turn the volume all the way up to hear at times makes no sense. And it sounds so basic. The tv is too expensive for such poor audio. i have another Samsung and the sound is great. We are so disappointed with the sound on this unit. No sooner than we set it up we began to discuss a soundbar…which I should be an option NOT a must have. Still debating if we will keep this TV. We have purchased a Bose soundbar and now the TV is great but having to spend more money for an already pricey buy just seems wrong. I followed reviews when I bought this and now I feel duped.
