The sound is unstable it jumps up and down depending on channels and apps. You will need a soundbar. You get what you pay for. I will be biting the bullet and upgrading.

If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.
The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On

75inch tv has poor sound

Terrible

I’ve had it two weeks and the remote has already stopped working. The solar remote is garbage. Do not buy. And their customer support doesn’t work online. It keeps directing me to Latin America and is stuck in a circle. I am very disappointed and want to return. Don’t buy! The remote is terrible and if you dont have wifi then you won’t be able to control tv. I can only control tv right now using app on my phone. Highly dissatisfied!

I’m sorry to hear your Q60B TV’s remote is not working as expected. If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:
1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.
Also, if the remote control does not work properly or its response is very slow, the battery might be low or dead. You can check the remote’s remaining battery by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.

HARDPASS! functions like an android. Lags/freezes.

This TV lags, it turns on the gaming console whenever it feels like it, its a heavy tv so mounting it is a headache and requires a pro. The remote control is supposedly capable of solar charging, but the solar charge does not work and we have to to charge it with a USBC cable. The lagging, freezing and randomly starting the gaming console are the biggest and most frustrating of problems with this TV. It lags and freezes so often that we end up frustrated and don't watch the TV at times. We had a sony that was the same price that gave us 0 problems and the picture quality seemed to be the same. The picture on the TV is nice, but we wont be buying anything that's Samsung ever again. If you are shopping for a TV, I recommend a SONY!

Faulty back light components

That being said, purchased a few years back and it is now a 1500 dollar paperweight due to a specific component (which by the way has been updated now in newer models according to tech) going out in it that costs one hundred dollars less then buying the tv brand new now. I have owned many Samsung products and as a whole, their product is fantastic, but in regards to this specific model, buyers beware. They updated the components so maybe it fixed the issue? Your call.
