Good picture, software needs work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice picture. The software though, seems to have a life of its own sometime. Sometimes turning off by it self or stalling and have to be restarted.

Posted .Kenn,
It’s unfortunate to hear your Q60B TV is turning off by itself. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:
1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds.
2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage.
3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet.
Please also check to see if your TV has any software updates available, which could help it run smoother as well. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the TV continues to turn off by itself, please call Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Or visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link for:

Flesh Tones Look Awful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall nice picture, but the flesh tones are just awful. We have spent hours trying to adjust, so everyone doesn't appear to be sun burned.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q60B TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please verify your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and configure the TV settings to your taste with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, Tint (G/R), and many more.
For further assistance with settings adjustments, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.

Bad picture on the 75 Inch Samsung LED.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this 75 inch Samsung to replace my 4 year old 65 inch Samsung. Put the 65 inch Samsung in the backyard patio. When we got the 75 inch we noticed the picture quality was not near as good as the older 65 inch. Very disappointing. Would have returned it if I knew you had 15 days to due so. You get what you pay for. I would have paid more if I had known the picture , especially with sports was going to be so bad. Picture doesn’t look sharp at all. The screen is dull and the picture quality is terrible. I even had a Samsung Tech tell me my older Samsung had more options on it than my newer 75 inch QLED. Very disappointed. Pay more , get a better Samsung.
