LOVE LOVE LOVE This TV! HATE Samsung service. I bought this TV and went on vacation 3 weeks later, came home to a cracked TV because I left it on and Samsung says there is no way that it cracked because it was left on and would not make it right. It was past the return to Best Buy timeframe. SO SAD as the TV had amazing picture and was great!

Amazing picture quality. I bought this for my basement to replace a 60 inch. I was afraid it would be too small since I have a large basement but the picture quality is so clear we have no issues. I play my Xbox in this and I feel I am in the game. And the remote is so cool.

These replaced the old TV at our home. Easy to set up and easy for a guest to use. Setup took 20 minutes to get set up and get it running. I prefer the sound bar over the TV speakers but they are good.

Love love love this tv does so much and still haven’t even done have of the functions it does. Color is beautiful, very thin and neat on the wall.

We are pleased with this TV - the size , picture and sound. Best Buy did s great job installing it too .Our last large TV from Samsung lasted 25 years so we opted to stay with this brand

TV has great clarity and the remote is solar powered.

The Samsung 75" Q60B QLED 4K was a great upgrade to my 15 year old 52" Sony, with movies playing at full screen and not in a letter box. The Samsung remote is a challenge, but I figured it out with a bit of web searching, the same was true for my cable remote. The unboxing instructions were excellent but expect it to be a two-person job. Best Buy put the Q60B on sale 3 days after my purchase and quickly refunded the price difference with their price match guarantee after one simple phone call to customer support. I did add a Samsung soundbar and it makes a dramatic difference, so I do suggest that upgrade. I am incredibly pleased with my Best Buy purchase.

Thought It would have been large for the space, It was the right size, love the colors and sound great to have Samsung extra Chanel, the remote great, no battery

I expected it wiuld be pretty good but it was way beyond that. The picture was extremely exceptional the best ive ever seen. Ease of use was easy. The installers was so well worth it.

Great TV - quality picture and sound (even without a sound bar). It was easy to set up and get all my apps loaded for use. And the price for the value was very good.

Replaced my 15 year old Samsung 55” with this - (my old tv still worked fine just wanted something bigger) this weighs about 20 lbs less , very nice quality , bright , clear smart feature works fine , (I still use my shield) the 4K dynamic is something to get use to lol but if you can’t you can go back to the standard movie view - most of my TVs have been Samsung and they have all been great quality and lasted years - my kitchen is now Samsung and I couldn’t be happier!

I agonized over this purchase, and have no regrets. Terrific picture quality, decent software, nice OTA interface. Picture quality is great - over the air images are stunning with the right source.
