Great picture. Ok Home Screen. Could use a better interface when downloading an app.

TV is excellent. Picture sound setup very easy. The remote is like the fire which I’m not a fan of. Sales staff was much to be desired. If wasn’t for that one customer service guy walking around helping everyone I would have walked out. But he stopped and asked. We bought an IPAD and our TV.

I was a skeptical about buying this TV at first.although there were some positive and negative reviews I went ahead and bought it. I am very pleased with my purchase and definitely recommend it to anyone with a not so high budget and looking for a good tv.

Wanted a BIG 4k tv for the living room without going to that $2,000 range. This is exactly what I wanted so far. Nice and ease to use. Not as pretty as a top-of-the-line OLED, but still an upgrade from 1080p, lol. Still early days though, so we’ll see how long it lasts.

Amazing quality for the price! Can take a minute to get set up with all the smart functions and the audio in a larger room can sometimes seem a little low but picture quality is great.

Quality is great! What i enjoy most is the remote control that is chargeable as a cell phone and also uses solar energy. I don't need to keep replacing the battery. From my experience with my 7 and 8 Series, the only great difference with the QB is the chargeable TV remote.

Have had this model a little over a year, and have zero complaints. We use a sound-bar, so we haven’t used the speakers on the tv many times, but when we have the seem to perform well.

We’ve had this tv for over a year. It works great! My only complaint is that the remote is so slim that we loose it all the time. It slips into the couch.

This is a good sized TV for my family room . It was set up by total tech of Best Buy and so did not have any problems. I combined this TV with a sound bar with subwoofer by VIZIO and it works great and I am happy with this combo.It has good sound quality.

It took me a while to find the right television to enjoy a great picture for sports, to enjoy movies on as well as use it for some simple gaming. I have so far no complaints on the tv and as far as the smart component… it works perfectly fine

I’m a huge Samsung fan. The color quality and available apps make cable obsolete for me. This TV looks great on my covered patio.

I wanted a bigger tv for the living room. I moved the 65 to the bedroom ans bought this Q series. I like the newer tizen software and the size. The Samsung Q series have been great. Solar charging remote, symphony, ans free samsung channels.

Great tv, bought this for the living room and afraid it was to big but who am I kidding, can you ever have a tv that’s too big?? Lol
