    The TV was fine, but I was promised free delivery and installation. The delivery person would not install the mount and TV we purchased and claimed that it would require and additional $250 and that we would have to schedule it with another department (he was with appliances instead of home theater). I felt lied to by the store staff who assured us that it would be installed as part of the purchase. I would have bought a cheaper option if I had known this would happen.
