    Don’t buy Samsung Tv stopped working in 1yr!!!

    This TV was a bad investment the sound of the TV was going in and out for months and then my picture stopped working two months after the warranty and the company and Samsung will not help me and tell me that I need to pay to have them fix it, which is insane! I will never purchase from Best Buy again. This was not a refurbished TV as far as I know. How does a TV stop working after one year? You guys are boxing damaged TVs, and selling them to unsuspected customers.

    It’s just an OK tv. I don’t like how the whole picture looks almost white washed. The blacks look grey instead of dark black like my last high Definition TV. I’ve messed with all the settings but can’t seem to get it better.

    Not to happy with this product. On warranty I got it as an exchange due best buy not having my same model. I was told that it was equal to my other model. That its a 2023 model so its better... So not true!!! The year has nothing to do with quality. I love Samsung but this tv quality is no where near my last. The picture is not that clear and motion rate sucks. It's an okay tv, for some. But I would have never bought it. Never again will I allow someone else tell me its equivalent without doing my homework on anything.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

    Came with broken pixels other than that great picture just have huge likes going acrosed and up and down my screen

    TV has an odd blip

    Not sure the price is great for this TV. While it seems like you are paying for the large size, the quality is just ok. When watching a program it seems like there is a funny little blip, almost as if you are watching a show with a bad edit. It happens on live show and watching the news, therefore it is a definite issue with the TV not the show you are watching.

If you cannot find the app you are looking for at this time, rest assured that we are continuously adding more premium content and new services to our Smart TV platform. It also comes with Samsung TV Plus which offers hundreds of free channels of news, sports, movies, and much more.

      If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode

If you’re noticing blurring or juddering on the screen, try adjusting the Picture Clarity Settings to improve your image.     A Buy but far from Best

    Great product but horrific customer service. Ordered tv on 12/3 for delivery on 12/11. Heard from no one as delivery time window passed and I had to call to try and get answers which no one had. No one from BB took any responsibility for the situation and our lost time having to wait for delivery.

    Protection Plan benefits Best But and Samsung, not

    T.V. Played for about 3 hours then my grand 2yrs old threw a clothe jump rope and hit the tv. The screen shattered. Contact Customer service. Could not return although I had purchased a protection plan that supposedly covered accidents. Best Buy referred me to Samsung. Samsung did not honor the coverage. They sent me to a technical company that is out of business. So, I called Samsung back. Samsung then started trying to sell me a higher more expensive tv. This one cannot be repaired. Samsung does not make a Samsung screen for this model. Samsung staff encouraged me to buy another tv because if they had a screen it would cost the same as a tv. I have an expensive black frame.

    This TV keeps freezing while streaming, informed Best Buy and they told me to buy a WiFi extender but that didn't work, I'm gonna take it back for a better one

      Buffering when streaming content online is related to your internet connection speed. Buffering may occur on your Samsung Smart TV while streaming video content over the internet. Buffering usually occurs when your internet connection provided by your ISP cannot supply data fast enough for the playback device.

      We suggest you try the following:
      1) Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
      2) Try wired LAN if available
      3) Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
      4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity.

      Should your issue persist, you may want to contact your ISP to check or increase your internet speed.
