The 75” is perfect mounted above our fireplace. Made an appointment to have Best Buy take down our old TV mount and install a new mount that would allow us to lower the TV, as the old mount made the new TV too high. They charge $200 + $99 to mount above the mantle. I would have thought that they would have offered a discount or a lower price in mounting it for us, as we purchased the TV from them. Oh well, it is what it is! Love my new bigger TV!

Remote from Spectrum does not work for TV for volume & on/off, so have to use both. Sometimes lips/words are not in time with sound. Overall, happy.

Thank you for choosing Samsung's Q70A TV and for your review. Please know you can set up your TV remote as a Universal Remote to control your connected devices using your TV remote by following these set-up steps:
1) Connect an external device to the HDMI port of the TV, and then power on the external device. Your TV will automatically recognize the device when connected through HDMI and will switch the output. If it doesn't automatically detect it, then keep following the steps to set up Universal Remote.
2) Press the Home button on your TV remote to access the Home Screen. Using the directional pad on the remote, navigate to Source. When the selector is placed over Source, the Source menu will appear. Press UP on the directional pad to access Universal Remote.
3) Select Universal Remote on the Source screen. Next, select Start and make sure the device you want to connect is turned on. When your desired device displays, select it. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup and register the device. The instructions may vary, depending on the device type selected.
4) Your TV and the remote will memorize the external device and its connection port (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.) to make controlling everything even easier. Occasionally, the device may not respond after it's registered. To make sure the connection is made, you need to re-register the device.
Please also be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1901.0 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

Great two year investment…

I watch a lot of YouTube, ski videos, mountaineering etc… lately have been noticing dark spots on screen. Spent a lot of money for it to happen in a couple of years….

Only sad thing is Logitech has dropped the Harmony remotes. They are only device U know that can control, TV, Sound Bar, Cable Box, Apple TV. And XBox. The picture looks great, and my wife who is legally blind and can’t normally watch TV is able to follow Movie. The only thing better for her is watching Movie at Movie Theater.

There is a very visible halo that can be quite distracting. That said all other aspects of the picture are solid. One big issue though is when looking for Atmos support. While sporting an eArc HDMI and allowing for passthrough the integrated apps (Netflix, Disney+, etc) only produce compressed audio. To get true Atmos you have to purchase an external streamer like the Apple TV 4k. Easy to integrate but an additional cost for an already relatively expensive TV.
