Don’t buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this tv in summer of 2021 as our old Samsung tv suddenly died. In November I noticed green dots that progressed to horizontal lines across the bottom of the screen. Then it spread to the top and all the green pixels died leaving black lines. After 4 painful hours on the phone with Samsung support we are getting a full refund. Because they would not replace the tv.

Not pleased...

Returned it less than a week later for a 75inch X90J. I would suggest spending a little more money than I did and go for a Q80A in the size you want if you want to stick with Samsung.

- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Poor Processor

The processor falls off trying to get DirecTV stream working and often results in losing the app. I am going to try and get it warrantied but that is never an easy thing with Samsung.

This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Defective TV

If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
