    This tv picture quality is great!! Unfortunately on Tv channels, and Netflix there is an audio delay. Audio delay meaning that the audio is behind the actors mouth expressions. I am also dealing with the audio delay on my console.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q70A TV and for sharing your experience with sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
      1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
      2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
      3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
      4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
      5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

    Let me tell you I'm so happy with my new TV. Me and the wife try to beat each other to the TV sometimes to see who's gonna watch what Lol. This QLED 75Q show like the movie theater. Not only are we enjoying the grands don't want to leave it along im glad its on the wall so they can't reach it. I must say you don't need any light in the house on with this TV it lights up the whole front room Lol. Really enjoying my new product now I'm going to purchase a soundbar. Thanks Best Buy.

    The processor went out 2 weeks after purchasing this tv. There is a red dot in the middle of the screen with a black horizontal and vertical line extending to the sides of the screen. The tv did not come with updated software so I had to download it from my laptop to a flash drive and then insert into tv port. I had Geek Squad install the tv so you would think they would have checked this.

    TV is fine but Remote Control is not good.

    The remote control that came with this TV stopped working in less than 2 months. I tried to get a replacement but Samsung doesn't even sell it. I bought a second one from another source (Original TV BN59-1357A TV Remote Voice Solar Charger Samsung) and it also stopped working at about the same time. It only works while plugged in.

    bought the openn box model got it home and the picture was terrible. Was told by the salesman it was as good as new. Thats what you get, should have known.

      Your TV has several Picture Modes to choose from allowing you to enjoy content in optimal conditions. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings.     Maybe the unit was defective but the sports were blurry and surrounded by smears. I have two other older smaller Samsung TVs and they were even better images. It looked like the old projection screen TVs.
