Great TV! Can't be beat for the price during black Friday and even now through Christmas. Got the 75" version, calibrated it and looks so good, like I'm looking out of a window. Really life like once you set it up and the colors look great! Was going to go with a Sony or LG OLED TV which also look great, but both are too dim for my living room and for my taste and both have a lot more glare and reflection than this TV(even harder to watch during the day). This Samsung QLED TV is a great fit and a great buy. The TV speakers are a bit weak, but most of today's TV's are like that since they are so thin and are limited to the size of speakers that can be fit, plus they are meant to be combined with a home sound system/soundbar system. Paired it with my HW-Q800A Samsung soundbar/subwoofer and it's FIRE! Now I'll only go to theaters to screen movies for my home theater. ;)

LCD screen lasted 4 months ; upset , best buy and Samsung does not want to replace

So far, very happy with the purchase! The TV is big, and has a great picture. I love that it has the stand in the center, since it slightly overhangs my TV console. I was really easy to set up, though some things are easier than others to find, as with any new device. The remote takes some getting used to, but is very responsive once you learn it. I also have a universal remote, which programmed to the TV easily. Very happy, and would recommend!

Love my qled.smart functions are great, colors and sound are perfect picture. Easy to navigate.

The video shows crisp, but could handle better with glare issues. The apps built into the TV could also be better, they’re sometimes laggy, but I love the design of the TV and remote overall.

Our favorite best buy purchase! Great Picture AMAZING sound! This Samsung TV is 5 years old technology or more and it still performs like it is brand new. The picture is just as crisp as it was the first day I turned it on with absolutely no degradation. It's thin, was easily mounted using a generic wall mount, but best of all has to be the speakers. After my last thin TV I was expecting to have to buy an additional sound bar, but no. With my previous TV I was regularly turning the volume up to 75+ out of 100 just to get normal sound. This QLED 4K, despite being shockingly thin, has amazing speakers. I regularly play movies and music at 15 out of 100. On a rare occasion I might turn it up to 30 but at that point it's almost too noisy. Never have I listened to this TV with the sound above 60 out of 100. The remote is intuitive to work one-handed and has great battery life. This is an absolute must buy

Great TV- Had it over a year. Superb picture. No motion blur or pixilation Love the free "extra" channels with the built in Samsung TV Plus feature. Seeing more and more 4K streaming content. No warm up delay at all; comes on in 2 seconds. I run the audio through our surround sound home theater.

This 2021 Samsung model is an entry level QLED (they did not make a 2022 model). It is an edge lit display, so you will see the backlight coming from the edges in certain scenes, but I don't find it to be too distracting. The picture is nice and bright, probably a little too bright out of the box, but that can be adjusted. We watch mostly the major streaming services (movies, shows), YouTube TV and YouTube. As long as the quality of the feed is good, the picture quality will be good. Another plus is that the panel is very thin (since it is edge lit), making the 75" relatively light at 78 lbs. with the stand. The biggest downside of this TV is Samsung's Tizen operating system (I prefer the Google TV operating system on my Sony X91J), which I am not a fan of because the UX is too crowded with Samsung's extra content and the row of app icons, which is what is most important to most viewers, is too small. I bought an open box version of this TV for $1050, which was an excellent deal, but I might feel differently if I paid closer to the regular price of $1500-$1600.

Definitely enjoy the clear picture and ease of use. The new remote is fantastic. The seamless connection to multiple apps, streaming services, gaming, etc. is incredible.

Excellent TV. Picture has been great. Pretty crisp. Mounted just fine, no problems with that. Also very good for gaming.

I’m giving this TV a 5-star rating because I really like it. Yes, there are some things I don’t like about the TV, but they’re annoyances I’ve worked around. At the end of the day, the picture is so incredible that the TV warrants such a great rating. But first let me comment on my Best Buy experience – I researched TVs at the BB website, went into the store to view TVs and compare, bought the TV at the store, tracked the order and shipping online, and received the TV on time as promised. And, Best Buy notified me by email throughout the process. The overall experience was top-notch, could not have been any easier!! Back to the TV -- as I said, the picture is exceptionally bright and clear. Colors are vivid. 4K content is amazingly detailed. Compared to my old non-4K Sharp TV, the difference is night and day. I mounted this TV on the wall, on an existing TV mounting bracket, and the TV requires M8 metric bolts. Chances are you don't have any of those on hand, so plan on a trip to the hardware store. Initial TV setup upon power-on was automated and pretty straightforward. Because I use my Amazon FireTV stick to host the streaming apps I watch, I don't need a whole lot of the "smart" of this smart TV. So the menu hierarchy and tons of options are lost on me. Essentially I'm using this TV as a display monitor, with the control coming from FireTV. I would give thought to moving my apps over to the TV at some point, except that would require I use the Samsung remote control. It’s awful. Couldn't Samsung just include a simple remote with volume and channel up/down buttons, an input source button, and so on? Apparently not. A remote should be intuitive and every button's function obvious. This one misses the mark. While I'm petty griping, I'll say the owner's manual is not very helpful. Give me screen shots, tell me what menu options mean, provide reference information. If you want to change input source, for example, good luck finding that in the manual. I had to try things and discovered it by accident. Just so I’m clear, this TV is amazing. The remote and the documentation? Not so much. But when you are blown away by a TV’s picture, the nuisances tend to fall away.

This has been the best TV I've ever had! Easy set up, amazing display, huge variety of applications, easy integration with smart appliences and Google Assistant. Paired with a Samsung soundbar and subwoofer, easily the best upgrade to our home so far.

At first I questioned if I really needed to go from 65" to 75" but, I'm so glad I did! This TV has excellent features and a great picture! After pairing it with a Samsung sound bar and subwoofer our entertainment/movie watching room was complete! It's been a few years but it still works perfectly, as does the 65" version which went to another room. Now the question is should I go up to 85"...

Picture quality is wonderful and it easy to use. Highly recommend having it delivered and installed by Best Buy.

This is a very good Smart TV for the money. It has a fantastic picture, easy to use controls . I would recommend this TV to anybody.
