I recommend that 2 people handle this TV at any given time, once properly in place where you need it, then the user can set up. This TV is extremely fragile but Slim!! Love it. Picture is amazing with the right adjustments.(in person is way different than pictures)

AMAZING! This is a nice tv, and it has a nice picture. Good for family time to watch movies. I got in in a 75 inch and it is perfect.

Ive been looking for a tv upgrade for a while. Something with 120 hz refresh. Something larger. Went ftom 65” Ssmsung to 75” Samsung. The upscaling on this is great. The sound is decent although a Sound Bar or home theater receiver is the way to go. Has 4 2.1 HDMIs. I really like it.

Excellent video and sound quality. Software is fast. Streaming is great and the integration with Alexa is flawless.

Amazing product. Switched from my 55” Samsung that was about 5 years old. This 75” has an amazing picture and the way the sales associate explained it made it clearly worth the purchase. Better picture and better sound. I have an almost theatre like experience in my home.

Great TV for gaming. 120hz is smooth as butter. Only losing a star cause i "Color Calibrated" the TV with an iPhone, and now the colors are quite washed out and dont pop anymore. I'd hate to factory reset the device, but i see no other way of resetting the color.

Great TV for our price point! The sales rep at our local Best Buy did a great job explaining all the different TVs and options and this one worked best for us. The install team was great at our home as well.

The store employee's were extremely patient in helping me decide on this purchase. Being an open box TV I asked that it be plugged in then connected to wireless internet and stream a couple of channels. satisfied with the operation I finalized the purchase of the TV. It was delivered and placed where I asked by polite gentlemen. I have hung the TV and it is working as expected. I am very happy with the wireless connection and streaming performance as we have elected not to have a cable TV service. I am very happy with the purchase so far and look forward to doing additional business with Best Buy in the future.
