My husband and I purchased this a couple weeks ago and while we enjoy the product itself we received a defective tv. The HDMI ports randomly stop working after a few hours at a time and which interrupts our fire stick and playstation. We paid for a geek squad service protection plan and rather than having my husband try to dismount the defective tv with his injured arm and return it we opted to just have it repaired. Geek squad came and claimed they fixed it but we still have the same issue. They’re trying to charge us more for them to come and swap out the tvs due to the issue so we’re most likely going to return it completely. There’s no way to know how widespread the issue is and we don’t want to get another bad one. The whole experience has been sour to say the least. The only bright side is the extended return window due to the holidays.

It’s not as nice as my other TV but it will do. It’s just ok.

It keeps doing what it wants when it wants turned off the. Voice activation and it will stop my show and mute and show movies or closed captions
