The screen was broke after I opened the box and being as though I had to wait 2 weeks for my installers to come over Best Buy told me it was nothing they can do because the 15 day period had expired. As many thousands of dollars I’ve spent at this store you’d think it would be a remedy to solve this. But nope, I’ll definitely refrain from spending any money at Best Buy for a while

Upgraded to this 75-inch Samsung and wow — it’s basically like having a mini movie theater in my living room. Movies look chef’s kiss, TV shows look super crisp, and even my snacks taste better when I’m watching them on this screen. Now… sports. Let’s just say when the players start running fast, things get a little blurry — like the TV is also trying to run with them but gets tired halfway. It’s not terrible, just noticeable enough that I went, “Hmm… was that a pass or a magic trick?” But honestly, aside from that one quirk, this TV is a beast. Fantastic brightness, great colors, easy setup, and the size alone makes every guest say, “Bro… seriously?” Overall: Amazing for movies and everyday watching. Sports fans might notice some blur — but still absolutely a great buy.

Fast shipping and delivered on the scheduled date.　Setting up the TV was very easy and the quality of the picture was as expected. As other reviews, the maximum volume seems a little low, but it's fine for normal home use.　Overall, I think it's a good product for the price.

I previously had a 65" Samsung for roughly 6 years. I've been on the hunt for a 75" QLED, Crystal or OLED (an upgrade) TV to replace it. I went into look at the TV's so I could see the picture quality and I was totally sold on the gorgeous, clear and vibrant picture quality! I was sold on this one! I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this Samsung television to others! You won't be disappointed!

Tv has a sharp picture. It is user friendly and enjoyed by whole family. Great TV at a great price! I used a soundbar on old TV and really don’t feel like I need one with this tv. Sound clear.

Always samsung i have a 82 for my room and now a 75 on other room the best part is how well the tv arrives wore free the tv will be intact the sound quality i cant said because i have the samsung sound bar and sub ufff over 900 dollar

Great tv for a great price. I upgraded from a basic vizio, the processor on that thing moved slower than my grandparents after a Thanksgiving meal. The image is beyond crisp. This samsung tv has changed the game! The controller is solar cell so you wont have to worry about batteries ever again. Overall great product!! You can even play games on the tv with no console!

Excellent tv after looking at different options this one had more to offer I like ease it was to setup pictures are amazing the sound is also amazing you don’t need a surround system. The volume set at 15 is clear and good volume

The sales reps in Sunland Park were very professional and helpful in ensuring we picked up the product and safely transported it to our home. It’s perfect upgrade from my Samsung 55” to 75”. Crisp colours , easy setup ! You need a soundbar attached if you are looking for good sound ! TV has ok sound. Works only with Alexa, no google assistant for voice control. Cool gaming options without any additional consoles ! You just a controller and you can start playing your favourite games. Of course you have to buy games and setup needed accounts with third party apps to truly enjoy them!

We just purchased and we love our new TV! The size, picture quality, and brightness are fantastic! Took a little bit of time to set up the operation with our cable, streaming services, etc but everything works well. Sound quality varies depending on whether watching cable or streaming services. Most likely a sound bar is needed. Overall, we are quite satisfied with the TV.
