    After much testing and researching TV's in the 75" category this was a winner for us great colors specially night scenes GREAT resolution my final choices were SONY & SAMSUNG bein SUMSUNG the chosen one! LOVE IT!

    I purchased this TV for the 2020 Super Bowl and it provides a great experience for that game. And as the new football season is starting up, I am excited to watch all the games on my new TV!

    Excellent tv. At first the tv seemed to large for the distance away from it. Once I got use to it is perfect. Fits on the wall really well. Picture quality is great.

    The Geek Squad rep that installed and setup the tv was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! We were very pleased with the setup. The tv picture is very sharp and the colors are very defined!

    After researching for at least a year we decided to take the plunge. We purchased the 75" Q80 with the sound bar that goes with it. Absolutely love the picture and the sound. Couldn't be happier.

    I was allowed to purchase this TV as a Father's Day gift for myself. Got conflicting stories from sales people depending on who you talked to, but settled on this TV. Really good picture, but I wouldn't say it blows me away. Some of the interface hiccups when choosing different inputs. Nothing bad, just a little annoying. Great if you can get it on sale.

    Really enjoying our new tv. The picture is so clear and crisp. Geek squad installed and set up everything and did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happy with our purchase and overall experience!

    I replaced a 65" Vizio tv. The Samsung picture was much better. TV was easy to set up, has many great apps available. I contacted Samsung customer service with an annoying problem. My tv will turn itself back on after I have turned it off. This is energy wasteful when my tv is on when I come home from a day at work, and a real pain when I have to get up in the middle of the night to turn it back off. I have no pets that can be walking on the remote, and I live alone. The Samsung customer service rep. (Harish) told me to unplug my tv from the surge protector (which provides insurance if the tv is damaged by an electrical surge), and plug it directly into a wall outlet. The tv is still turning on by itself, and I don't want to have to unplug it every time I turn it off.

      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
      If you are using the device thru HDMI then it could cause the auto turn on as Anynet+ is set on.
      Occassinally connected devices such as game console (PS4, xbox) or cable set top box sending turn on signal, for example, if they have software updates.
      We recommend you to try turning Anynet+ off as it may be causing auto power on.
      Go to Setting- General - External Device Manager - Anynet+, then Disable (toggle button)

    We bought this only about 6 weeks ago and so far it has been a excellent choice. We went from a 65" Samsung to this Q80 series 75" to add to our family room wall and it feels the space perfectly.

    What a great picture! Could hardly see my last TV because of the glare. This TV fixed that concern as soon as I opened the box. Picture is really high quality especially 4K. Just incredible!

    I have been using this TV for almost three weeks now and love it! Great picture when watching a fast paced movie or gaming. I couldn't tell you about sound, since its hooked up to a sound bar.

    Colors are great and blacks are black. Best picture to get without possibility of image retention or burn-in. Even when watching material from decades ago, the picture closely resembles 3D.

    Very happy after on e year's use. Picture is sharp. Suggest turning off unit's wifi except to update software and check the web on best way to adjust settings for picture.

    We are very pleased. Need to make sure your equipment can transmit into 4K but wow what a difference. Especially with Dark night time scenes as the details come out with this TV

    great tv, did have to return within original return period, ordered same tv as a replacement. it was due to issue with remote sensor in tv, love the wide viewing angle

    These are excellent TVs Most viewers do not have theatre grade viewing rooms and, as such, TV's need to be crisp and clear in a broad spectrum of lighting. These are great Vs.

    Techs delivered and set up TV. Very professional. They did not know how to connect the wireless system for my hearing aids but said they would have someone follow up. Never happened.
