good TV but decided to return and get the Neo LED upgraded life on instead.

WOW. This TV is it. Truly shows the way the display show in the store. Clear, bright and crisp. This is the Big Bang. At 75” just the right size to watch the games or movies. Moved away from Sony to Samsung and was really not disappointed. Actually pleased by the way this model shows. Can be viewed from all angles in real vivid color.

Excellent picture quality and very easy setup out of the box. It’s a great addition to our entertainment space.

This TV has an awesome picture. It’s funny how every time we buy a new TV you think the picture can’t possibly get better than the last but this one has a noticeable difference. The software is very fast, I only stream and it switches between apps much faster than the 7000 series Samsung I had previously. The new remote has a good range and the solar power aspect has disappointed. I can’t comment on the sound because I use a sound bar.

Love this TV! Beautiful picture. This model also has very good sound, which I dont find in most TVs. Initial setup was easy. Smart TV features of Samsungs are my favorite too. Got it for $1000 off, which was a great deal! Only negative was the initial default video settings. Had to turn off "picture clarity settings" and make adjustments to color, sharpness, contrast and brightness to get the best picture.

I purchased this Samsung Q80A 75" television and it has the best picture quality and my PS5 works excellent with the features of this excellent television!! I would absolutely recommend this television to anyone who's looking for a UHD 4K SMART TELEVISION for the sale price you can't beat the deal. Unless you want to spend $3000+ on a 8K television that there's hardly anything broadcasts in 8K technology yet!

I like Samsung brand TV. I got a 40” Vizio from you back in January of 2021. Customer Service was great. Vizio was the only 40” tv and that’s how big a tv can fit in a cabinet in the living room. I not to impressed with Vizio tv’s. But that’s on me and the living room cabinet. But Samsung tv’s picture and sound are great. And would Recommen that brand and Best Buy to anyone.

Tv is good picture and good sound. The remote control is a major disappointment for the money paid for this tv. I probably would not have purchased due to remote control had I known
