You should avoid this TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does not produce a black background and if color deficient you will see color bleed in to what should be black. It struggles to give good contrast. There is also an oddity when you go through the settings and finally have the picture you want you will have to do it each time you change the source.

Samsung q80c FAILS
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Q80c, ive tried 2 days to get the tv to run with directv, through onkyo amp, and ive hit rage hate level with samsung. This connection ran for years to my panasonic tv. One time, ONCE, I happened across the setup showing amp and cable box- still a grey screen. I absolutely hate this tv, its lack of instructions, and at 85 pounds and $1300 - well, I am sick of this tv in just 2 days. NOW, if I disconnect the amp from the tv, and plug the directv hdmi into the tv hdmi3 arc - it works, as does my firestick in hdmi2. Im totally done with samsung, i rate them with sony- and I hate sony junk. I recommend DO NOT BUY.
