Disappointed with this Samsung model
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had an issue with the Netflix app-it wouldn’t load, just a black screen-others apps were fine. All updates were current, so I had to continually unplug and plug back in to get Netflix to load. After 3 weeks we returned for aSony, as we were told this model had a known software issue.

It’s ok, but might make a different choice nextime
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s bigger than my old 60-inch, but I’m not sure it’s better. Too many glitches and bugs with the Samsung network as well as with the interface with Apple TV, etc. If I had to do it all over again, I’d probably get the LG which was the same size but markedly cheaper.

Good picture, not very smart
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture wuality is great. But if you buy a samsung TV, you better be ready to reset the WiFi, reinstall the apps, and reconnect the WiFi about 3 times a week. I eventually couldnt stand it anymore and just got a Roku stick to pkug into this thing. For the money just get a TCL roku TV

Deeply Disappointed with My TV Purchase
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dear Best Buy, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the television I purchased from your store, which has been a source of continuous frustration and inconvenience. Initially, I encountered pixel issues with the TV, which was a major letdown considering the price paid. This defect significantly compromised the viewing experience. However, the problems didn't end there. The TV soon began power cycling on and off repeatedly, rendering it almost unusable. It's disheartening to see such issues in a product that I expected to be of high quality, especially given the cost. I can't help but wonder how many other customers might be facing similar issues with their purchases. My experience with Best Buy's customer service and paid membership has further added to my disappointment. When the pixel issue first arose, I had an active warranty and reached out for service. A service representative was scheduled to visit, but the experience was far from satisfactory. The technician failed to show up within the scheduled hours, only to call me after work hours, around 7:30 PM, which was the time I was putting my baby to bed. Due to the inconvenience and the late hour, I had to decline the service for that day. Out of frustration and perhaps stubbornness, I canceled my warranty the next day. Regrettably, Best Buy never honored the initial service call, leaving me with a defective TV. Now, it seems the TV is on its last legs, and I am left with a feeling of regret and dissatisfaction. The lack of proper customer service and the failure to address the issue effectively have only compounded my disappointment. I had trusted Best Buy for a quality purchase and reliable service, but this experience has significantly eroded that trust. I hope this feedback prompts Best Buy to reevaluate its customer service policies and the quality of the products it sells. No customer should have to go through such a frustrating ordeal, especially when investing a significant amount of money in an electronic appliance.
