Tv is ok for the price , wasn't expecting anything else

I don’t like the picture quality. For 2k Samsung could’ve don’t better.

We had the TV for about 18-months and the TV just died. Geek squad couldn't fix it - have to buy a brand new TV now. Worked well when it worked - until it didn't.

This is a fantastic tv. I’ll admit bumping up to the better picture quality tvs took a little getting used to but once we figured out the ideal picture setting it’s been absolutely perfect. The colors are rich, and beautiful. We have a home theater system so I can’t comment on the sound but everything else is great. The tv is easy to navigate and has an easy to use remote and Menu. Very highly recommended.

Purchased a new tv for our living room after having the same tv for the last 11 years. Our last tv made the move with us 7 different times in the last 11 years. It had one minor imperfection from all of those years. It finally bit the dust after our new home flooded 5 days into owning it. The purchase process to get our new tv was simple and easy. I scheduled a home delivery and opted not to have it set up as we were going to be buying some new furniture due to the water damage on some of our furniture as well. The new tv has been easy to set up and already came pre-loaded with all of our favorite streaming channels. I had to reach out to customer support for one of the apps a few days after setting up the tv, due to the apps not working properly. It was a simple relaunch that fixed it. Since then, we have no issues. Love feeling like I am on the fields of the football games or the courts of the NBA! Snagged this during Black Friday and saved some cash!

Really love this TV. The colors are very good in all kinds of light. One walk of the living room is glass floor to ceiling and this wall faces west, so lots of sunshine in the afternoon. The image never washes out. Sporting events, movies and animations are bright, crisp and fully color saturated. The built in speaker is probably its weakest feature as dialogue is difficult to hear using the TV speaker Aline. It pairs nicely with my Samsung sound bar, though to deliver clear sound in an all modes (gaming, movie, surround). I would definitely buy this TV again. In fact, I’m getting the 70 inch version of this TV for my back deck.

I absolutely love it!!! I love it soOo much!!! I mean, my previous TV was only 2 years old, but I can definitely see the DIFFERENCE in the quality of this Samsung TV! It’s bright, it’s so clear, and it makes you feel as if you are actually there! Another thing I absolutely love about it is that I don’t have to close my curtains because of the glare! That’s one of the biggest thing I noticed. It took me few minutes to realize that I curtains were still open. Lol. Oh yeah, and the sound! Definitely sounds waaay better than my old TV too!! I’m all about quality and savings, so when my husband had told me that he paid for Geek Squad to install our TV, I was like, “Why?! We can do that ourself!” I must say, it was definitely worth it!! Why? The two guys that brought it were fast! They were super cool, they explained everything, and above all, they made it possible because the service that my husband paid for did not include delivery because we bought it on sale or clearance, and so when they called to let us know that they were on their way to our house for installation, I was about to cancel because we didn’t have the TV, but they went out of their way to picked it up! Man, I felt blessed that day! lol that’s why I am writing this review!!! Amazing TV and great service! I’m super happy with this purchase and I definitely recommend it!!! Samsung & Best Buy, I love you!!!

The TV is amazing. It's extremely responsive compared to other TV's of this size. The colors are great. I bought this to connect to my Series X and PlayStation 5, and I have had zero issues with both when they are running at 120 fps. The speakers are good, but I do use a soundbar.

This was my first take at a Q led television and let me say, it did not disappoint. The refresh rate while gaming suffice for my level of play. Not to mention, the different ranges of color the tv produces place it in a mid/ high quality purchase. Sound quality in our open living space resonates well without needing to be raised significantly and I am slightly hard of hearing. Exceptional purchase in my opinion for those looking for an entertainment upgrade.

After going to Best Buy to purchase a cheaper tv that was on sale I was convinced by a sales person to consider the Samsung Qled 75' tv. I was not ready to spend that much money $1700 on a tv. Sfyer explaining the difference in picture resolution I was convinced. After delivery I set up the tv. I was surprised about the color of the picture but wasnt pleased about the brightness, remote and the heat that this gives off. I wish that I could return it but im stuck with it. By the way. It does have great sound.

Love this TV, only issue so far is it did stop playing audio twice (in nearly a year now) and require a factory reset to resolve, but the image quality is excellent, the brightness is excellent, and the sound is pretty decent though I definitely recommend a good sound system. It's not quite up to OLED contrast and color, but it's not far from it either, for a conventional LED-LCD. It works particularly well as a gaming TV for Xbox or PS5.

This Samsung TV is the absolute Best tv ever The picture is brilliant and clear, the sound terrific, and the size is just perfect at 75 inches. And it is definitely smarter than I am. Very easy to use the Home Screen to change streaming services.

It fits our use perfectly. Only downside is that it came with no user's manual. The tv remote is not very good. Also, can't use it to set up tv to optimize picture or anything else due to no manual to facilitate the process. You just have to stumble through everything until you get what you want. Poorly thought out or being cheap to save money. Put a manual in!

The picture quality is great. Really the only complaint is that the tv is too intuitive for its own good. I had to disable many features that automatically activated. For example, after connecting my PS5, the tv would turn on the PS5 every time i turned the tv on. It took some tinkering with the settings, but ultimately figured it out. One thing that still annoys me though is that the tv remains in game mode after the PS5 is turned off. I have to hit one of the streaming service app buttons on the remote to disengage the game mode menu. A little annoying, but not a big deal. Also, i recommend disabling the adaptive picture setting. With this feature on, while playing a video game, the colors will frequently increase and decrease intensity. In conclusion, the tv is really nice, but it took some time to fine tune the settings to suit my preferences. Tech can sometimes be a little too intuitive. But, there is no denying this tv's picture quality. Superb

Only thing i dont like is the wifi is lousy. Had to use roku to speed things up. Picture is great just the wifi sucks

The perfect big screen in the mid to high price range. Crystal clear screen and I got this only due to the OLED being a little dimmer and over priced for now. Loved mine so much, I bought one for my parents for Christmas!

A very nice sleek TV. Love the new Samsung remote and the picture is very clear and crisp. Highly recommend this TV to others if they want great movies watching experience.

The TV has a great picture and seems to function well. I would give this tv 5 stars if the remote was easier to read and had more functions. The remote is all black and very difficult to read. You have to memorize or have the lights on to see it.
