This TV is fantastic. Great picture and sound. The Smart TV functions are robust and easy to use. The Geek Squad installers were great. It was ready to use when they left including wi-fi and streaming applications. I highly recommend the Geek Squad team.

Went from a 55 inch vizio 2015 model to a 75 inch samsung QLED80 2020 model and i have to be honest. The Vizio had a better overall picture. For this kind of money (3 grand) im not all that thrilled with my purchase. Now thats not to say this is a bad TV , The colors really really pop but where this TV lacks in comparison to my 5 year old Vizio is in the detail in 1080 (2k) standard cable. It just doesnt look as crisp and detailed as the vizio, sorry Samsung but you lost your edge. For this kind of money NOT WORTH IT. Save your cash and buy a Vizio, My honest 2 cents... now maybe where this TV shines is in the 4k department which i havent really explored yet but tbh 1080 (2k) is what we spend the majority of our time watching With all that said I will not be returning the TV, The picture is "good" but not great, but this will be the last samsung i purchase. They use to be the best in the biz but clearly have lost their edge as lesser brands are putting out equal or better quality for less money. Save your cash, BUY A Vizio or TLC... One other thing, super annoying booting the TV and being forced to download a app on my phone to start up the television, long gone are the days of plugging in a TV and watching the game, thanks for wasting my time samsung and forcing me to sign up for B/S while i miss the qrt of the game.

Upgraded from a 12 yr old 52” Samsung and did away with Directv & ATT all together to stream programming. This had all the apps we were looking for built in. Picture quality is great, audio is run via HDMI Arc no problems or issues to report 3weeks in, very satisfied.

Overjoyed. Bought this Samsung Q80 for a very bright sunroom. I thought only the Samsung Q80 was bright enough for this room and I was right. The Samsung excels in this environment. The sound is great just from the TV. All in all a great purchase.

This Samsung QLED TV has very good picture and sound quality. It was fairly easy to set up, but it is not very intuitive for using the settings and other options. My husband and I are quite computer literate but it took lots of trial and error to find everything we needed. In fact, my husband figured out how to do something that the Geek Squad AND Samsung said could not be done! (Using headphones and TV speakers at the same time.) Overall, love the TV!

For far too long I waited buying such a large TV. But after purchasing and having the tech team install my purchase, I have to say that I should’ve done this before. The quality and picture are great. Crystal clear picture and the sound is great.

This tv is amazing. I was hesitant as i wanted the OLED but after some research discovered that a QLED is better for rooms with a lot of glare. My room has many windows and this TV’s pictures comes through nicely. I was expecting great picture quality but didn’t expect the awesome sound coming from it as well. All the apps and smart tv features are good also. If you can get it with the $500 bestbuy giftcard, do it.

Love the augury of the TV — everything we expected and wanted when upgrading. Picture quality is amazing. I purchase too many TVs and this one has been the best purchase yet. You can’t go wrong with Samsung but this upgrade is money well spent.

This TV is awesome! We are big Samsung TV fans and gravitate to the brand since owing many other models over the years. We bought this as an upgrade to our Samsung 65 LED we had for six years. The clarity, the options, the built in tech is next level!

Beat TV I've ever owned. Picture quality is amazing. Added a soundbar for the complete package. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone in the market for a new one. They keep improving the picture quality but I don't know how they will top this!

I was replacing a Samsung so there was some familiarity with the brand. I looked at this tv for a while before purchase due to the price but it turned out to be a great tv. Movies, video games, and general television are great to watch on this tv!

Picture is excellent on this TV and the features also impressive. A couple of issues keep me from giving it a 5 ... jittery movement on some programs with slow panning video. And the screen mirroring sometimes doesn't work from any device (Android or Windows laptop). The fix for mirroring is to restart the TV and then it works fine, just annoying to have to do that. Overall, this is a nice TV.

Have had this for several months so far and love it! Great colors and deep blacks. Easy to set up as well, although you need to make a Samsung account. Pricey but will be around for a long while. Great for home theater or everyday viewing.

Every other time that we have purchased a TV, the picture never seemed to look as good as it did in the store....for the first time, we have a TV in our home with a picture that looks amazing! It is so sharp and clear! The colors are so vibrant!

talked to geek squad on the phone and he was telling me about q80 . I read up on it and after a purchase of a sony at costco that broke, I bought the q80 set-up by geek squad went well and wow happy viewer.

The Samsung 75" Q80T QLED 4K Smart TV delivers crisp details, vivid colors, & amazing sound. It sure makes "movie night" a lot more fun. We did purchase a Samsung sound bar and woofer, which make the surround sound experience even better!

Very nice TV. Very happy with my purchase. Salesman was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in my decision. The vibrant colors of a Samsung are hard to beat and the sound system built in along with Smart Tizen was well worth the extra money.

I am so happy with this television. When I began my search to replace my 60" with a 75" I was thinking of going with LG, but after seeing the Q80T my decision was made. I spent more than I expected but figured the extra money was worth it.

Beautiful picture and terrific functionality. I love the built-in Bluetooth so I can use my headphones and I like to be able to cast my security cameras in picture in picture mode so I can watch TV and my cameras at the same time.No buyers remorse here.

Excellent picture and color. No other tv I've had compares to it. Salesman was great. No sales pressure at all to buy. Just good friendly advice. I know where I will go my next electronic purchase. Store lives up to it name BEST BUY.
