We are very happy so far. Great picture and sound.

Great display. Black levels are as good as it will get for a non OLED. I didn't get an OLED for 3 reasons: -size at the time wasn't big enough -too much reflectivity for family room -burn in = a concern w/ 3 kids Streaming & movies look equally great on this Q80. Highly recommended; worth every penny!

long story as to why not 5 star. tv itself is great, the service i needed shortly after purchase was not. needed new screen installed and the screen they sent with the service tech had flaws in it on the back side of the screen and were visible during certain image colors, tech came back and confirmed and had another screen sent out, that one had more flaws than the initial replacement he installed. eventually (4weeks) later samsung sent out an entirely new tv. so far that one is perfect.

I was concerned it would be too big for our space. We bought it for our house then moved to a condo. I was worried abouy moving and re mounting it. The movers were carefull and the Geek Squad managed the re mount and re hook up to new internet provider, etc. Am very satisfied.

Beautiful TV, had to recalibrate it initially by turning off all the auto settings and adjusting picture since everything looked blurry and colors seemed off using Netflix/Prime/Disney, but after finally tweaking things to my liking, my wife and I are enjoying it. Liked that reflection is low and great viewing angles, lots of natural light in the house with windows to the side and a huge sectional. Looks great and has a center stand that makes a statement.

Tv is awesome and so was the best buybstaff who I worked with at the store and geek squad, setting up the TV. After a few days with the TV is started making a ringing noise from the back and called in and was taking care best buy will definitely be keeping my business for sure.

Purchased new TVs for 3 rooms, including Sonos and all new stereo components and remote controls. Geek Squad team was amazing did all the work and took the time to train everyone as to how to use everything. This is the third time I have used Best Buy for major instals and they never disappoint.

Happy with my purchase good quality tv and sound. Would definitely recommend to family or friend.

Anti glare is a positive and great picture. Colors are bright so needed to calibrate so more realistic.

Very sharp and bright picture. I love Samsung TV 's, I think they are one of the best.

So far this has been a good experience from the virtual consultation to delivery, setup, and now just enjoying my new products. I am very happy with the results being I had no idea of how it would work out without actually seeing any of the products ahead of time.

Very good picture ,very bright colors and has great sound

Upgraded from a 11 year old 60" Samsung to this 75". Great size for my area. Unfortunately salesperson said two (2) wireless headphones would work with this tv. Found out after I installed it I needed to buy a special hard to find accessory. Could have stayed with my 60". But bigger is better so I'll keeping looking for the needed accessory.

Even though q70 and q80 are different. I do not see the difference in quality. Q70 is good also

Absolutely love this tv. Black levels are incredible and built in speakers do more than an admirable job on their own, although suggest tapping into the Samsung soundbar. Simple set, excellent design for hiding cords. Highly recommend.
