We had it mounted and geek squad was amazing very quick and efficient. My only issue is the tv makes a slight buzzing noise when volume is off, nothing major but it’s noticeable. Even with the most current firmware update still has this issue. Not noticeable with volume of course.

I bought this tv as a Geek Squad certified excellent open box but returned it quickly when I saw how it upscaled. I mentioned the fact that it was open box because maybe there was some issue internally that caused it to perform that way, the picture was horribly pixelated. But when I did the troubleshooting picture test (that uses HDR images) the picture was fine. So I thought the size was the issue and purchased a 65" instead. And it's amazing. So either the the specific tv was the issue or the size, don't know which, since I bought a smaller brand new tv the second time. The 65" has a good picture no matter what type of content you're watching.

Picture great. sound good. Got a sounder which helps. All around awesome tv. very happy with it. I had to wait 3 weeks (nov 6 installed) to get it delivered and mounted on my wall. Ok, I get it. Tough to get workers so the wait is longer to install. No big deal. They did an awesome job mounting the tv. The guys were knowledgable, courteous and fast. Couldn't ask for better. So why 1 star? I happen to look at the tv on the website yesterday and the price dropped $150. (this was Nov.12) I buy a lot from best buy (probably too much!). I am an "elite status". Supposedly they will match the price if it drops within 30 days of purchase. Again I have been using the tv for 1 week since installation. In short, Best Buy will not honor the price drop because they say the item is now a "clearance sale" so they cannot honor the drop. The person on the phone was very nice but he said I can return the item to the store and buy a new tv at the discounted price. In other words, unmount my 75 inch tv bring it to a best buy to return then by a new one and have it reinstalled to get the current price for $150 less. Really? The $150 is annoying but not going to make a difference in my life but as a shareholder I am embarrassed by that answer. Poor business decision best buy. Just wanted to share.
