Great Picture Q80 with Bugs

However, app layout and user friendly menu are a 2 and add apps is a zero. When add apps stopped working, Geek Squad — after a 90 minute wait — instructed to unplug set, wait 30 seconds, try again. It worked, but only for one, two or three times. Then unable to add additional apps. Best I can tell there is no ABC Network or Crackle apps. Other apps available on Roku and elsewhere also aren’t available on my Q80 75” set. There are other pluses and minuses but the above are the problems and highlights.

I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with the menu and apps.
To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu.
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
