Great picture, almost like being there. Options with tv makes watching simpler. Only issue which we are still working on is voice control with xfinity service. Can not get voice command to mesh with tv.

Was a little skeptical at first but this unit delivers a quality picture and I as simple to set up. I had a 65” Q90 that died and wanted to find something a bit larger with the same quality.

Moved up from an older 55" to this 75" beauty! It's the b- b- bomb! Great having a "Smart" TV as I don't have to connect my ROKU. The interface is easy to use and learn. The picture is incredible, yes the blacks are blacker than ever, the colors are brighter than ever. The sound... I believe it has 6 separate speakers and really brings everything to life, especially the directional sound gimmick is way cool making a passing plane sound as if it's traveling across the room... but wait.... Pair this with the Q series sound bar and make use of Q-Symphony where it coordinated BOTH the TV and sound bar you'd thing your sitting at AMC theater watching your favorite movies. Only regret is I didn't spring for the the 85"!

I needed an updated TV to get all the new apps, this TV is so easy to use, the apps are preloaded! Didn't have to do much but sign on. I'm so happy with the picture, I wished I got the 85" instead.

I picked this TV over a OLED because it will not get a burn in as OLED do. I sacrificed the back lighting but in my room, it has little effect. Just a matter of preference: Longer lasting TV versus better back lighting. The TV was shipped quick as well. During transit, I noticed best buy had a sale on the same TV reducing the price by 500.00. I immediately called them and they credited my card with the price difference no questions asked. I know understand if the price drops during the return period, best buy will credit you. So I am very pleased with the customer service from best buy. TV arrived very well packaged and no damages. I installed on a wall mount which took about 30 min with no issues. Set up was a breeze connecting to AVR, Blue ray player, spectrum cable and Logitech Harmony remote and hub. Harmony does support this TV, the only down side is that to watch Hulu, you have to add manual key strokes to the remote program. But once set up everything works flawless. The TV has a awesome picture and lots of features built in. TV speakers are just that TV speakers. Can't blame the manufacture as they are limited to the size they can put inside the housing. I suggest AVR or soundbar with subwoofer to get the most out of the TV. Over all a awesome TV.

Saved up some money to buy a large screened Samsung TV for my husband for Christmas. He works so hard and rarely, if ever, buys anything for himself. So, at the end of the day, my daughter and I carried in the 65 inch SAMSUNG OLED. I gave my husband a choice to keep it or upgrade to the better model. So, it was a win-win because he upgraded to this TV and we got a $400 gift card which helped me buy my new Samsung Book Flex computer. We enjoy watching movies on this screen and my husband enjoys his sports. The quality of the picture is a HUGE upgrade from our 16 year old Samsung DLP that the color wheel started to go out on. Hoping this lasts at least 10 years if not longer.

The ease of smart system links is fantastic and quality of image is great although I did need to go in and adjust display settings to have the most crisp image and movement.

Very happy with this TV along with the Samsung sound bar, HW-Q850T 5.1.2ch Soundbar with Dolby Atmos/DTS:X and Wireless Rear Speakers. Great picture and fabulous sound. Set up was easy. Sit back and enjoy.

Well pleased with new 75” Samsung TV. Paired it with Samsung q850t sound bar with rear speakers. Feel as good as theater when watching a movie. Great picture, easy to use remote and app features.

Great TV. Sometimes the GUI can be slow or stops working then you have to reset the TV but that doesn't happen often. Great picture quality. Does well in a bright room.

Amazing tv. We have kept it in a very bright room and there is 0 glare from this tv. Also quick delivery from Best buy. The delivery people delivered it to my room of choice.

Family upgraded from a 2010 55" 1080i plasma HD to this Samsung - 75" Class - QLED Q80 Series. Size cannot be beat and it is almost as if the people on screen are in the room with you. Picture quality is superb and we quickly noticed all the details we had been missing from our old tv. Setup was quick and easy. Highly recommend this TV for anyone looking to invest in a television with the eye towards a purchase that will last beyond the next big thing.

Bought this after my 70 inch TV decided to die.. I found this as a happy compromise between this and the 8k... Unfortunately, the 8k was out of my budget. This unit is near top of the line for 4k...and for the differences I couldn't justify going for the Q90.. Picture and color are great after some tweaking.. And having the ability to download apps is plus.. My previous TV was a smart TV, but as with all technology.. Outdated and unable to get apps and features that have become standard... Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.. Only downside was I had to give up 3D... But still a good trade off with all the bells and whistles that this unit has...

I am very satisfied with this TV. It has excellent picture quality, especially with Blu-ray discs. Takes a little time to set up especially if you are on a slow Internet connection. Delivery was direct to the room that I wanted it placed in with minimal contact. One note, it does take two people to set this TV up. When you lay it over to put the foot pedestal on it, just use the box that it came in and this will give you a suitable surface to lay the TV down to put the base plate on. The small footprint made it able to sit on an existing TV stand, you just have to make sure that the top shelf is capable of bearing the weight which is around 91 pounds assembled.

I had been wanting to upgrade my TV for a long time. I had wanted a bigger TV, and did a ton of research trying to figure out which TV to choose. After looking at all of the options I could find, I settled on this one. I am so happy with this TV! The picture is phenomenal! It came with a bunch of extra channels, and though I'm not sure how much we will use them, it's nice to have it as an option! While the sound is overall good, the next thing I want to get is definitely a sound system, just to have a more immersive experience. That is really my only semi-con to this TV. Very happy with this purchase, and highly recommended.

great tv, pricey but awesome compared to all my cheap vizios. its very responsive, like when you use the remote the tv responds right away where my cheaper TVs are like half a second slow. small but noticeable. tv picture is great and paired with a pc for the 4k 120hz is amazing.

Bought this tv as an upgrade from a 65" samsung tv. It has great color, refresh rate and response time. HDR looks awesome and it's great as a gaming PC monitor.

Looks fantastic on my house. Great quality. Always go for Samsung, the antiglare isnt as great as they make it seem bc there is still a glare but not as direct.

I purchased this TV for my husband for his birthday! He was overjoyed to see the ND game be so crystal clear. Easy installation. TV was up and running under an hour.
