Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We found this tv open box at a great price, just missing a stand ,they said it had been checked and was in full working condition, after delivery, mounting and cleaning the screen we realized there was internal damage below the screen they said it should not have been sold like that,but they would not fix it even with extended warranty (as promised)and would not replace it because of the price so we had to just have it picked up and buy a different TV because even cooperate would not do anything else

We couldn't be more satisfied. They left the house clean and took away all their garbage and debris and everyone including the manager took excellent care of us and our needs. Incredible!!!
