    20 years been using Sony display first time have Samsung display so it takes little time i would say Sony displays have natural skin tones Samsung display little more vivid and sharp

      Welcome to our Samsung family, and thank you for your purchase and review of the Q900TS 8K QLED TV.

      The Q900TS has several preset picture modes and many custom settings, allowing you to adjust images to their liking.
      The Dynamic Mode, for example, is the brightest among all presets, while Movie Mode is suitable for watching your favorite shows in a dark room.
      You may also be interested in playing around with the color tones within each of the picture modes. The default is Cool and some users prefer Warm 1 or 2, and find it closer to natural skin tones.

      Have you tried the Ambient Mode? This is a favorite feature of many Samsung customers, as it turns your TV screen into a decorative yet functional display feature. With 102+ Contents, newly added 'Ambient Vibe' and 'Routine', and improved 'My Album', you can use it as an info panel, a display for a personal photo collection, or a decorative wallpaper that blends into the surroundings.

    It is a really nice big Tv. It is advertised as a 77” but it is not. The sales person sold us a hanger that would barely hold the almost 100# Samsung. So when the paid installation started. I(the customer) had to return and pick uo the correct full-tilt hanger. Luckly there was a beat buy close by that had one in stock. The installers were able to be back that day to install. Good job installers. Sound with or without soundbars ok. Not much difference in darkness from my older tv. Seems to be no difference between 4k and 8k videos or movies. I really do enjoy rhis Beautiful TV!

    Fantastic clarity and colors! I thought it would have been even better than it is for the money though. I do have my TV in a very light room

    Actually a 3 1/2 star rating for me. On 8K content made to showcase the TVs strengths it is awesome. On daily viewing of various signal types (streaming, over air, etc) the awesomeness disappears and my old 4K looks better. For the $ this tv is just not better than a quality 4K. Maybe in 2 more generations when the upscaling gets better and the price comes down.

    The 8K picture at first glance was amazing. Then the problems began. The motion was so jittery it was difficult to watch, the worst being people's mouths that would skip and jerk while speaking. A close second was slow panning video that would also skip and jerk. Guessing the processor is not sufficient to keep up with the 8K up-converting from 1080P signal or there is a serious flaw in the up-convert algorithm. Next, the screen mirroring function did not work at all with either android or Windows devices. We have a few other Samsung TVs with screen mirroring that works perfectly with the same Android/Windows devices. Ultimately, we returned this TV and swapped it for a Samsung 4K, same size that doesn't have these major issues. Samsung really missed the mark on this model!

    I like the TV, though I can't enjoy 8k video yet. However, I absolutely, positively, abhor the 3.5 degree viewing angle (top leans backward) that the stand provides. Whoever designed that should be shot on sight. So I had it mounted flat on the wall instead. I don't like the remote control either. And I don't like that the TV defaults to a menu/app mode when powered on. Would I buy it again....probably not.

    Not easy to put together and customer service and communication by Best Buy was terrible but the television itself was a great buy!

    Constant Disconnection from the Internet

    TV always has trouble connecting to our WIFI and always disconnects itself from it. We have to restart the TV or just wait for it to automatically connect again. This happens every single time we turn on the TV. What a pain.

    Excellent TV. My only complaint is that Samsung designed a beautiful thin TV but didn't have a good Wall Mount System. All options are thick. That ruins the slim effect.

    I like the tv but expected it to be much improved over our 5 year old Samsung 78" curved screen. However, it does not seem any better.
