But replacing it did not help, and the specialist told me that my TV cannot be repaired and I can recycle it. That is, a TV in the highest top model range of Samsung for $3,200 (with a big discount) has worked for 2.5 years and cannot be repaired. In addition, it often lost Wi-Fi connection, the remote control once got unpaired and it was impossible to pair it again. A software update helped with that. Applications take a long time to load. I have 4 TVs of different manufacturers in the house and none of them have ever had problems like this. what is interesting is that this TV is the most expensive of all and turned out to be the worst. It always brought problems for me and took a lot of my time. I do not recommend buying this TV.
