    Support was easy to reach when we needed it. The smart software is fast. The unboxing instructions are for every size Q90 TV. Be careful.

    Love my new Samsung. It was between this one and the LG OLED. I felt the price/quality was better. Screen is super bright,

    The television is everything it is advertised to be. I would like to rate it a 5 because it has beautiful technology to display a great picture in a bright room. My reason for buying it. The down side is that it does not work well with Xfinity technology. The universal controller is very limited in its function and on NBC and other channels the television suffers form audio sync issues (lip sync). I love a lot of things about the unit, but the lip sync issues has made me consider returning it.

      Thank you for purchasing the Q90T TV and for sharing your feedback regarding the universal remote, your experience with Xfinity technology, and an issue with audio sync. Currently, the Xfinity Stream Beta is available in the App Store.

      Your lip sync problem could possibly a source issue, but if you are hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theatre System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay

      Please know that our 2020 TVs do have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.

      On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

    I'm not gonna bore you with the good. But the bad is the blooming. It's too much blooming where you can get glowing around dark and bright object like subtitle. The other is the clouding issue on dark background with light. Since the local dimming can't be turn of completely in scene like those. The clouding that this tv have is very apparent on the screen. The two negative star are for those two issue. Got a qn90a that address the clouding 100% and the blooming 95%. very minor and you have to look harder to just see those blooming.

    Really good TV with nice features like intelligent mode. But TBH I think the price is too high, you can get a lower end TV with a much lower price and still have the same quality in TV.
