Discovered after purchase, Samsung only supports next generation TV on 8k... but no 8k in the US for 10 yrs or more. Salesperson didn’t know. As a cable subscriber on Spectrum (Time Warner-Charter), beware the Spectrum app crashes the Q90 - hard. You can’t just turn off and on, to reset you have to remove power for at least 30 sec to fully reset electronics. It crashes every 2 or 3 times you use it - so much for the advertised “replace the cable set top box.” ‘Been a big Samsung fan forever & have One in most every room - really disappointed in this top 4k model.

Thank you for your purchase and review of this Samsung Q90T QLED 4K Smart TV.
For optimal App performance, please check that your TV is running with firmware version 1301.5.
Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.
You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
Select Settings- Support- Software Update, then select Auto Update.
