Samsung Qualtiy Control

T.V. was delivered fine by Best Buy delivery with box intact. Upon unpacking, back panel of T.V. (Q90T) was split open on the edges with scuff marks on the back panel as well. The T.V. did not have a screen protector on the front. I am sure this was a defect that got by Samsung Quality control. I contacted BestBuy about the situation and they promptly had another T.V. delivered in 2 days and picked up the damaged one at the same time. New T.V. is fine.

Dirt - Dirt - Dirt

The box looked perfect, unopened and undamaged, but the TV looked like it was stored on a beach. Dirt was actually plastered to the back of the TV and there was sand everywhere, ugh. I have never seen anything like it. I hope the replacement is better. FYI, I have a Q90R and really like it so the Q90T should also be a great TV.

Weak upscale

Thank you for sharing your thoughts of the Samsung Q90T TV. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.
Here are some tips to help improve the sharpness.
1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
3) Adjust the cable box or satellite box's video output resolution to 1080i.
4) Look for a channel that is broadcasting native HD content. For over the air/cable antenna connection, try these steps to find HD channels: Go to Menu>Settings> Broadcasting> Auto Program

Glare is terrible and Screen Burns easily!!

Also, Burned within 3 months of having it. We listen to music channel often or watching news and the lines burned into tv badly.

Great TV

Upgraded to a 75” coming from an LG OLED an very impressed with this TV. The blacks aren’t quite as black compared to OLED but the brightness more than makes up for it!!! Don’t regret what so ever!!

Would not buy again broke after 3 years

Gotta spend $125 to get geek squad to diagnose it and then how much ever to fix it. For over $3,000 should last longer than three years. Beyond upset, probably won’t be using Best Buy for TVs anymore.
