Quality TV for Movies and Games
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing TV. Clear, bright, and impressive viewing angles. Can sit anywhere in the room and there’s no distortion of the image. Picture quality is phenomenal. Even movies made from the 80s looked like they were in HD. The intelligent mode knows whether you’re watching TV, sports, movies, or playing a video game and adjusts accordingly. It even adjusts the brightness based on the ambient light in the room. Having the ability to give it commands through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant is also really convenient.

Great Pic
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a beautiful TV. The picture is great. I was concerned about possible ghosting while watching hockey, fortunately there is none. It keeps up just fine. In my room the blacks are black and the colors are vibrant. I am not using the TV speakers because I have it playing through my Sonos system and that works perfectly. The remote is pretty small and should have a few more buttons on it, that may just need more getting used to. Overall I really like this TV.

A worthy investment!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We finally decided to get the 75” Samsung QLED versus the 77” LG OLED since our 50” Samsung tv is still looking great after 6 years and a move cross country. One week after geek squad installed it, we’ve been amazed at the beautiful picture clarity and wide viewing angle. We had a Euro Cup viewing party and our friends were very impressed with the gorgeous 75” screen!! Very easy setup process for Prime, Netflix, and Disney plus bundle!!

||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent TV for the movie viewers we are. Quality picture, great sound, motion and viewing angles along with easy to set up. Nice voice remote. Good for gamers as well. You will not be disappointed. Love the 75" Can't be without it now. This a review after owning it of for year and 4 months. What changes they made year over new model is less not better. So just buy this one and save big now.

Best Overall TV in my opinion
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing picture. I debated for weeks between this set and an OLED and finally decided to avoid the OLED for great of burn-in. I know I was giving up some contrast but reviews of the QLED put it a close second. My first hand experience is that I’m unable to detect a noticeable difference, but I also wasn’t able to truly do a side by side comparison because of the way Best Buy arranges their TV displays by brands. The picture on the Q90T is extremely uniform. I see no detectable edge effect. It looks great for viewing TV shows, movies, and sports. The sound is very good for built in speakers but I decided to add a sound bar to get a bass boost and better surround. The picture was a little too intense for me out of the box using the Intelligent Picture feature, but a minor tweak in the Color Intensity color was all it took to make the image realistic. It was mostly a problem with reds and greens. I use my set with an AppleTV so I mostly use Siri for voice commands. I can’t say first hand how Samsung’s Bixby works. You can however choose Alexa if you prefer.

High expectations for the top 4K TV from Samsung
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had high expectations for the top 4K TV from Samsung and, so far, it does not disappoint. Blacks are good, colors are rich, and brightness is what you would expect from an LED display. So, I won't dive into detail about each and every tech point for this TV - smarter people than me have covered this area pretty well in other reviews. Instead, I will give my real-life experience to help you decide if this TV is right for you. First, this TV is replacing an old 55in 1080p TV from 2008 and the comparison is huge leaps forward in every way (as you'd expect). Second, this TV is being used in a dedicated home theater setting, is connected to ancillary media/AV equipment, has no direct sunlight from windows or overhead lights and is mostly used for viewing later in the day/night. Lastly, this TV has an abundance of "smart" features that I do not use, so I can't really speak to their efficacy. I'll start with what I feel might be the most helpful piece of info - I initially bought a 75in Samsung Q70t and was absolutely disappointed in that TV. The blacks were really washed out, there was noticeable blooming all over the screen in both light and dark scenes, and no matter how much time I spent adjusting the settings, I could not get the picture to look good. I tried settings found on AVForums, RTINGs.com and random individuals all over the interwebs. I spent every last day of my return policy trying my own settings across multiple media types (DVD, BluRay, HD cable programming, 4k streaming, etc) and ultimately I returned the Q70t. I could have received a bad panel, but the issues were not limited to light-bleed or color inaccuracy, it just looked bad. Turns out the Q70t is not an "upgrade" from their Q70r from last year and that explained most of my issues. Google the differences of the Q line and the R line and you'll see how Samsung made conscious decisions to push people to their 8k line at the detriment of their Q line. I decided to spend a bit more money and get the 75in Q90t. Even after the initial basic setup, I immediately noticed a huge difference. Blacks are deep without loosing shadow detail, colors are rich and vibrant and the entire display is more uniform thanks the the local dimming. Once it was fully integrated into my home theater and I tweaked the settings for my system, it only got better. So, my advice if you like Samsung TVs, is to spend the extra money on the Q90t. If you don't have the extra money, wait till you do (or at least avoid the Q70t). The only real-world "con" I can share at this point is that the anti-glare treatment can cause light-streaking if there a direct light source hitting the screen and you are watching something dark. Otherwise, I am completely happy with this TV.

Only had a month
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have only had this a month. Had to have Best Buy come out an install as the mounting holes on the back did not line up with the holes on my old Samsung TV. Resulted in having to move the mounting arm higher. The picture is great. My only issue is we use HULU live and it just doesn't work well consistently, so we access it through our AppleTV 4k box. Not a huge deal, but still you would expect it to work. We have a large, well light room so the ability to see the picture from any angle, regardless of the amount of light, is awesome. I only knock it down a star because of the HULU issue.

Awesome picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome TV. I have a very bright living room in the morning hours and this TV handles it and delivers an excellent picture even in the bright glaring sunshine. My purchase experience was terrible with a very poor salesman that lied and promised things that weren't true. But management fixed things to my satisfaction and now I enjoy the Awesome TV

Impressed with the performance for the price point
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the RT-AX82U to replace my failing RT-AC88U. I was using the AC88U as the master node with a RT-AC3100 as the AIMesh node. Using the AX82U as a single node, I'm getting better performance than the previous mesh configuration, for both AX and AC devices. The AX82U is noticeably smaller and lighter than the AC88U. Using the most current ASUS firmware; Merlin has not yet released a customized version for the AX82U. Regarding the RGB, I turned it off as I have it sitting under a TV. You can select from a number of pre-programed lighting routines or select a static color. Note there is no brightness control, nor is there a white or light grey in the available color spectrum. As a sidebar I've been using ASUS routers for at least the last 10-12 years. During that period I've had to RMA two routers (2.4GHz radio failures), which ASUS replaced with new units that have since been problem-free. I mention that, in the event I do have issues with the AX82U during the warranty period, I've had good experiences with ASUS's RMA support. I've re-homed my older RT-AC66U and RT-AC68P units and both are still going strong. Will keep the AC-3100 as a spare.

Samsung Q90T Best tv on the market that's not 8k
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv is stunning. I've been buying Samsung products for years and honestly say that the Q90T series are top of the line. Best purchase I've made. The colors are beautiful. The black levels are realistic. The sound quality of the speakers is excellent. I would not expect that from a flat panel, but I still recommend a soundbar.

Great Picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I talked my husband into the upgrade from our current Samsung 65" even though he didn't think we needed it. He is beyond impressed with the difference in picture quality and brightness. He watches all different sports on it and there is no stutter, no pixelation just great clarity. You can't go wrong with Samsung tv's!

Fantastic Picture
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a couple months of research, I bit the bullet and bought this TV. It should up quickly. The picture is great, BUT. (There is always a but right?). The software that was shipped with the TV didn't play well with GameMode and high frame rate games with the local dimming. After a little bit of research, I found that Samsung had released a fix just a couple weeks before the TV arrived. The fix was just a simple download and plug in the USB and it was all addressed. This TV has bright colors and can light up a room without issue. Playing visual immersive games, you wouldn't be disappointed. There are calibration settings you can change and even recommended ones by several online reviewers for specific conditions, but out of the box, it was pretty good. This TV does not have a curved back plastic like some of the other Samsung TVs so it makes fitting a mount pretty easy. I did have to get M6 screws due to the smaller length holes. Top of the line of the 2020 series, probably one of the best TV purchases.

so far a very good TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.amazing color, bright, easy to set up. so far no problems. Works well with other devices connected to it. The only bad thing, which is not the TV's fault, old content on TV filmed before the 1990's looks so bad it bury, but, not the TV's fault, the technology is so good and sharp the old stuff comes in bad.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a big investment for us. We watch a lot of television so we wanted to buy a good television that would last and good quality. I have it installed to our sound bar which isn’t necessary but it is very nice. We have been very happy with Samsung televisions in the past so I new we would be pleased with it.

Good, but not enough
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Previously I had a Samsung 7 series curved TV and I upgraded to my new 75” Samsung Q90t TV which is an amazing and huge TV. Fantastic picture quality and contrast but as everyone knows Samsung is known for its extra screen brightness. Game mode on my new Xbox console is fantastic. HDR 10+ does good job, Dolby atmos support is advantage. The only disappointment is lack of Dolby vision support from Samsung and only 1 HDMI 2.1 port. Overall it’s a decent pick for the price.
