The TV was not a disappointment. The picture clarity is beautiful. I could see the lipstick on my favorite comedian. I may have realized he wore stage makeup, but this TV had it front and center. I only give a four star rating solely due to the weight of the TV. I had expected it to be much lighter. It was difficult to install ourselves due to the weight and we had to reinforce the unit it is sitting on. After this was completed I was awed by the quality.

We love it, great picture. Would recommend this to everyone looking for a TV that’s very easy to set up. The delivery guys were very helpful and polite. We have bought many items at Best Buy Including refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer. And always had delivery people that were very helpful

I have been a fan of Samsung TV’s and their ease of use. Easy to add all the streaming apps, easy to set up, easy to make changes etc. the picture quality is really good, we have it in a room with lots of natural light and it’s bright enough to watch with almost no glare. Big fan

great tv very heavy great picture the speakers are very loud as well. picture is crystal clear and very bright. deff worth the money. I would deff buy this tv again. the price on it now is way cheaper than I paid for it but that's ok.

Bright high contrast QLED TV. I know that an OLED will beat this TV, but for the price it's certainly a fantastic TV. I love the picture quality and enjoy watching UHD content. I tend to keep my tv's for a long time, and see no reason I won't enjoy this TV for many years to come.

I love this tv. picture is incredible. google assistant works great. setup is easy the clear. Only bad is I would like a bit "beefier" remote with more buttons...but I am old school in that respect so cannot take away from the tv.

Tv picture is great after minor tweaking. I manually switch it between Game mode when playing games so I can switch it off to watch movies in the best picture setting. I tried the OLED but couldn’t sacrifice blindingly bright whites.

Samsung Q90T 75” T.V. was a replacement for our old plasma T.V. I am really impressed. Never thought I’d get this quality of a picture but I was wrong. Not only a great picture, but (unlike our plasma) it doesn’t matter where you sit in the room (obscure angle) the picture is awesome. Cooler, less expensive to operate, all the high tech features what’s not to like!

This is a good TV but not quite as good as I was expecting. I upgraded to this TV from a Samsung 2017 65” Q7. The Q90 is a smoother operating TV and has some really nice features (built in Alexa, Smart Things, Apple TV, AirPlay etc.) but the picture quality is not quite as good. The picture might be slightly sharper than the Q7 but the colors are not as brilliant. Although this TV is reasonably bright the colors are a bit dull. For that reason I have deducted 1 Star. Maybe it’s because it’s larger but I don’t think so. I am however getting used to it and really enjoy it overall.

I been buying Samsung tv since I can remember this set her by far one of the best quality I have purchased black are dark and it’s really good lighting can’t wait to watch the Super Bowl in 4k in this bad boy. I recommend this set really great pic

I sprung for the 75in Q90t Samsung TV and am glad I did. Picture is great set up was easy and Tizen OS is every bit as good a Fire and Roku in my opinion. But don't just take my word for it, read all the online reviews. Bottom line is-I Love It!

No complaints with Best Buy though it seems appropriate that when a tv (75” in this case) falls in a premium price range Best Buy should provide free setup. On that same subject of setup the now ingrained expectation that there is no real operators manual on paper is a disservice to the buyer. Yes, it’s electronic on the tv but you can’t look at instructions and the screen you have to work from with the problem on the tv at the same time. A paper manual can’t cost but a couple of dollars to Samsung. A final word about the Q90T tv: it replaced a 65” Visio that cost 1 1/2 times less but has a picture that is very close in quality despite all the hype of the Q90T being superior. Bottom line is the Samsung is not worth the premium. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice quality set but so is the cheaper Visio. Just my opinion.

This TV has more than I expected! It has a fantastic picture the colors and details are leave us gazing, but it has the Xfinity app so I don't need a cable box! This is a savings because I can return my cable box that is charged a monthly fee. It also has 4 internal speakers, and when company voices get louder than the television or my husband vacuums, it turns itself up and back down after the external noise stops! Also with the available apps, it eliminated the external ROKU and Firestick, because it has all the apps on the TV. So the cost of the television is worth the cost savings on external devises and monthly cable fees.

I just bought a 75 inch q90t. The picture is basically excellent. However, I conducted several dirty screen or grey uniformity tests. The good thing, is that screen uniformity was quite good and even. The problem. . . . is that I during the grey test, I could see two small slightly darker off-colored round images, like dots, about two feet apart from each other on the screen. I don't think this is a pixel issue as the images are larger. They are a constant. And, it shows very well during a 5% and 10% grey uniformity test. So, on a background which is pure white, I notice it. I took several photos of it with my Samsung S9 phone. And, Yes, you can see it. And now that I know they are there, I will be focusing on them for eternity. Thoughts? For the price of this TV, I am sorry, but it should be flawless. Can those small round images be resolved? Should I return the TV and get another? Or, will I maybe wind up with a worse panel. I am still in warranty. Should I return it and wait until 2021 to buy a new TV, as I hear from the experts that the TVs from Samsung (which are uneven in 2020, i.e., Rainbow glare issue) will be far better than the output they gave for 2020. Great TV! I thought our old TV was good but this one blows it out of the water. Easy to navigate, the smart functions are great, and the picture is amazing. I highly recommend the home installation because this thing is heavy!!!

First this was a warranty replacement for my Samsung of 3 years ago. A definite improvement, beautiful clarity, colors, improved viewing angle. My last Samsung only lasted 3 years with moderate hours on it. We will see how long this one lasts. BUY the 5 YEAR WARRANTY.

I really love my new Samsung television. It has a great picture and sound. It is like being at a miniature theatre. I think it was a fair price. It is a smart tv and it is very easy to manipulate.

The picture is perfect. The clarity is so amazing. The colors are brilliant. Assembly of the stand was easy. I cannot find enough words to say how much I love this TV. I highly recommend it.

Bought this TV to upgrade my 10-year old LED TV. The picture is so crisp and it has pre loaded apps like netflix, prime video and apple tv. Easy to set up. The remote is small enough in the hand.
