I upgraded my 4K TV to 8K. I also am upgrading from 55” to 75”. I’m a huge movie lover and this TV does not disappoint. It upscales all 4K content to 8K and it is beautiful. When I saw it on sale I jumped on it and have been enjoying every minute of it. My PS5 looks awesome on this TV. The research I did on this TV sugggested it was the best of the cheaper 8K TVs. So if you want an 8K TV but don’t want to break the bank you can’t do any better. I’ve had it a month and have yet to find anything wrong or negative to report.

Received the 8K Samsung QN800B and I’m impressed. Super light weight and easy to install into a wall mount. Setting up the tv and connecting all our additional devices was quick and painless. I watch a wide range of movies and decided to start a Marvelthon and let me just say these movies pop! Vibrant colors, blacks are black and the lines are crisp and clean. I could read the words on characters cell phone! We have the TV set up with the Samsung Q900A with Q-symphony and while the Tv speakers are great on their own, it is insane when paired with the sound bar, awesome surround sound! The interface system is user friendly, intuitive, very easy to navigate and customize. I’m not a gamer but my spouse is and it was such a huge difference between the last tv and this one in his games I was amazed. He was climbing ledges in Elden Ring and I was getting vertigo. We did receive this tv at a discounted price for our honest review and I have to say I am absolutely thrilled with its performance and would have let him purchase it at the premium price. DEFINITELY WORTH IT!

I was initially skeptical to purchase an open box item from Best Buy but I still went ahead as condition was quoted as excellent, Below is my review for TV and Best Buy :- TV :- Hands down the best TV I ever had so far, I have a 5.1 dolby atmos home theater setup and with this TV connected to Onkyo AV receiver its giving an out of world experience, Picture quality, sharpness, brightness, sound depth/distribution, Its checking all items in my list of requirements for an outstanding experience, Thanks to Samsung for coming up with a fantastic product like this, I am looking forward for continuing this experience ahead, Cheers! Best Buy :- The only reason why I am giving overall 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the experience I had with Best Buy, There are several components missing in the product which is against the description of "Open Box - Excellent" condition, Upon visiting store the store representative said that I should have opened box at store itself and reviewed all items (before picking up) which seems surprising as it indicates to validate the trust on Best Buy itself. Upon discussing with manager I got a 50$ refund for one of the missing component i.e. small cable which I appreciate but I think there is a room for improvement.

Setup was nice and easy, the picture on this TV is beautiful. I don't notice any blooming and this panel isn't showing any signs of DSE (Dirty Screen Effect). The upscaling on lower resolution TV content works wonderfully and games look fantastic (Horizon Forbidden West is gorgeous).

I've had the TV for about a month and a half and feel I can give an educated review. First and foremost, the picture is STUNNING with 8k content. The downside is that there isn't a lot of 8k content out there yet. You can get some free videos on youtube and whatnot if you want to impress your friends and family. 4k content is really good, but after you experience 8k it kind of disappoints. Not the TV's fault... lol. Anyway, I am very happy with the picture, and I bought a nice soundbar at the same time so the experience is definitely cinematic. When the world of streaming content upgrades to 8k, this TV is more than capable of delivering an experience with much more punch than it can now. Regardless, I would recommend because it won't be long before 4k is old news.

Great TV, but eventually returned it for an OLED. I didn’t feel that the upscaling was great - a necessity for an 8k TV. And the blooming was a bit distracting for night viewing.

Not a great TV. I was disappointed by the fact that the firmware has some bugs, and for some reason the manufacturer did not release an update to fix them. As a former tech I was able to perform all the updates, not only the ones regular customers have access to, and it is still having some issues. Some apps are not working properly though they perform perfectly on other brands. I still have to reinstall those apps every time. Some settings are also not working properly, but they do on other models made by the same company. Overall, it is disappointing that a model like this seems to be working more as the bottom of the line units.

Excellent picture and easy to use and setup. Only drawback is not the tv but the Samsung One connection. I have it on a double articulated wall mount and it weights the tv one side so I had to add a counterweight to the other to make it sit level.

I have a Samsung 8 series 65” 4K tv in all 3 bedrooms, and I just upgraded the living room to this beauty.. they use to say anything above 65” and you lose quality in the picture, that is obviously no longer the case… all my tvs are Samsung 8 series or higher because I’m a big gamer and so is my family. So the quality is necessary. Switching my ps5 and Xbox series x from a 4K tv to this 75” 8k was immediately a noticeable difference. Movies and streaming are much higher quality picture as well.. for the price you can’t go wrong. And imo the extra cost to upgrade to a 75” from 65” was well worth it as well.. very happy with this purchase

One of the best pictures i have ever had in a tv. My wife isn't a Tv fan and she loves this tv. She wants to get one for our room because it's that good. It upscales 4k beautifully. Highly recommend

Great picture! But it is heavy. well made mostly steal not much plastic. Will say make sure you calibrate it with she phone app. Makes your TV awesome .

It’s a decent TV. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because BestBuy failed to give us the tv we really wanted. We had THE tv we wanted installed the first time and after 10 minutes, it turned off. It was a lemon. We tried ordering the same one but BestBuy apparently didn’t have it in stock. And didn’t know when it would be restocked. So we had to settle for what I believe is an inferior television. It’s a very good tv. But not the one we wanted.

We bought this as a replacement for a 65 curved tv. The picture is great Samsun has improved quite a bit sine our last purchase. Utilizing the Samsung app to ensure color balance, brightness, and hue has a snap. We don’t use the sound on the tv as we have 7.5 in the room already. Both head unit and tv are now 8k ready just need some devices that will do 8k.

Beautiful Picture! The remote has to be close to the TV, so I use my phone as the remote.

We just got this Samsung 75" Neo QLED 8K TV to replace the one we had been using in our living room. This TV is amazing in clarity not only on new movies and shows but as well as older movies. The movies almost seem to be 3 dimensional and we are loving it! Honestly, we can't believe the difference from the one we thought was just fine. We wish we had done it sooner!

This is a fantastic 8K TV. I got it delivered with no problem. 8K blows 4K out of the water. I didnt think there was going to be a difference but there is. I was skeptical of the one connect box at first. It works perfectly fine and I can set it anywhere on my entertainment center. I would highly recommend!

I love this tv! I love Samsung televisions and this one is the best I've had so far. The picture is so crisp with vibrant color. I really like the one connect feature. I can locate it away from the tv making connecting other components much easier.
